ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਿੱਝਰ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਮਾਮਲੇ ’ਚ ਸਰੀ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇ ਫੈਡਰਲ ਜਾਂਚ ਲਈ ਪਾਈ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ
ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ: ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਕੋਲੰਬੀਆ (ਬੀ. ਸੀ.) ਦੇ ਸਰੀ ‘ਚ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਿੱਝਰ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬੀ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਆਗੂ ਸਿਮਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੰਮੂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ‘ਤੇ ਅੰਨ੍ਹੇਵਾਹ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਨਾਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸਰੀ ਆਰਸੀਐਮਪੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ। 1 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਮਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਸੀ। ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਬਾਅਦ, ਬੀ ਸੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਮੋਨਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੋਇਲ ਸਮੇਤ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ “ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਜਬਰ” ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਬੀਬੀਸੀ ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਦੇ ਸੀਈਓ ਜੋਗਿੰਦਰ ਬੱਸੀ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਨੂੰ ਪਟੜੀ ਤੋਂ ਉਤਾਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਪਰ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਉਦੋਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਜਦੋਂ ਸਰੀ ਆਰਸੀਐਮਪੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਲਈ 2 ਕਿਸ਼ੋਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਾ ਪਰਦਾਫਾਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ। ਅਪੁਸ਼ਟ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਪਤਨੀ, ਜੋ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬਦਸਲੂਕੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਬਦਲਾ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਸੀ। ਜੋਗਿੰਦਰ ਬਾਸੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਬੀਸੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਮੋਨਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੋਇਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲਣ ਅਤੇ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਾ ਚਿੰਤਤ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵੱਲ ਉਂਗਲ ਉਠਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮੁਆਫੀ ਮੰਗ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੋਨਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੋਇਲ ਇੱਕ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਧਾਰੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲਣਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡਾ ਪਾਪ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਆਰਸੀਐਮਪੀ ਨੇ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਦਖਲ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਬਲਕਿ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਝਗੜਾ ਸੀ। ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਕੋਲੰਬੀਆ ਦੇ ਸਰੀ ‘ਚ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਿੱਝਰ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬੀ ਸਾਥੀ ਦੇ ਘਰ ‘ਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ‘ਚ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਦੋ ਨਾਬਾਲਗ ਲੜਕਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।
ਜਾਣੋ ਪੂਰੀ ਘਟਨਾ
ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ 1 ਫਰਵਰੀ, 2024 ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਲਗਭਗ 1:21 ਵਜੇ, ਸਰੀ ਆਰਸੀਐਮਪੀ ਨੂੰ 154ਵੀਂ ਸਟਰੀਟ ਦੇ 2800-ਬਲਾਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ‘ਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਮਿਲੀ।
ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਇਹ ਕਿਆਸ ਲਗਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਦਖਲ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਜਾਂਚਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਦਖਲ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਸਬੰਧ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
6 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ, ਸਰੀ ਆਰਸੀਐਮਪੀ ਸੀਰੀਅਸ ਕ੍ਰਾਈਮ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਨੇ 140ਵੀਂ ਸਟਰੀਟ ਦੇ 7700-ਬਲਾਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ‘ਤੇ ਸਰਚ ਵਾਰੰਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਤਿੰਨ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਇਲੈਕਟ੍ਰਾਨਿਕ ਉਪਕਰਨ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।
12 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ, ਦੋ 16-ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਕਿਸ਼ੋਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਬੰਦੂਕ ਛੱਡਣ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਲੋਡ ਵਰਜਿਤ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਨ।
ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਲੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
