ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸੂਬਾ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸੁਖਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਕਰੀ ਕਲਾਂ ਨੇ ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨ ਹੋਈ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਾਮਰਾਜੀ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵਪਾਰ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਜਨੇਵਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲ਼ੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਸਦੇ ਪੁਤਲੇ ਫ਼ੂਕਣ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਮੁੜ ਤੈਅ ਹੋਣ ਤੱਕ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਤਿੰਨੇ ਕਾਲ਼ੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੋਧੇ ਗਏ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਾਲ਼ੀ ਸਾੜਨ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਰਾਧੀ ਨਾ ਮੰਨਣ ਦਾ ਮਤਾ ਪਾਰਲੀਮੈਂਟ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਬਾਕਾਇਦਾ ਪਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਖੇਤੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਅਮਲਦਾਰੀ ਪਰਖ਼ਣ ਹਿਤ ਪਾਰਲੀਮੈਂਟ ਵੱਲ ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਮਾਰਚ ਵੀ 4 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਘੋਲ਼ ਅਜੇ ਬਾਦਸਤੂਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪੇ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ‘ਚ ਦਰਜ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਿਬੇੜਾ ਕਰਨ ਜਾਂ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ 4 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਖੀ ਗਈ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਦੀ ਅਗਲੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਬਿੰਦੂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਿੰਨੇ ਕਾਲ਼ੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਾਲ਼ੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਐਲਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਆਪੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਘੋਲ਼ ਦੀ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਿਭਾਏ ਗਏ ਸ਼ਾਨਾਮੱਤੇ ਰੋਲ ਦੀ ਜੈ ਜੈਕਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਘੋਲ਼ ਦੇ ਤਸੱਲੀਬਖ਼ਸ਼ ਨਿਪਟਾਰੇ ਤੱਕ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਪੱਕੇ ਮੋਰਚਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਾਦਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਟੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਹੰਭਲਾ ਮਾਰਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਲਾਮਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਹੋਰ ਵਧਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਘੋਲ਼ ਦੇ ਤਸੱਲੀਬਖ਼ਸ਼ ਨਿਪਟਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਸਟੇਜ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਕੁੱਸਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਗਈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਅੱਜ ਇੱਥੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਹੀ ਸੱਦਾ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਸ਼ੋਰ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਹੋਕਰਾ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਕਿਸਾਨ ਘੋਲ਼ ਦੀ ਹਮਾਇਤ ਵਿਚ ਅੱਜ ਦੀ ਰੈਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਜਮਾਤ-ਏ-ਇਸਲਾਮੀ ਹਿੰਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਸਾਦਿਕ ਅਲੀ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਮਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਵਾਸੀ ਮਰਦਾਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਜੱਥਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਇਆ।
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਬੀਬੀ ਨਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਘੋਲ਼ ਨੂੰ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਦਰਜਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਸਦੀ ਜੈ ਜੈਕਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਹਰੀ ਹਮਾਇਤ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸੈਨਿਕ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਐੱਸ ਪੀ ਐੱਸ ਗੋਸਲ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਵੀ ਹਮਾਇਤੀ ਜੱਥਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਦੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਹਮਾਇਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ।
