’84 ਦੇ ਬਲੂ-ਸਟਾਰ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿਚ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਹੋਵੇ : ਲੇਬਰ ਪਾਰਟੀ
ਡੈਸਕ- ਯੂਕੇ ਦੀ ਲੇਬਰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਜੂਨ 1984 ’ਚ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਸਥਿਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ’ਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਫ਼ੌਜੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਮੰਗੀ ਹੈ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਐਂਜਲਾ ਰੇਅਨਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਵੈਂਟਰੀ-ਦਖਣੀ ਤੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਜ਼ਾਰਾਹ ਸੁਲਤਾਨਾ ਨੇ ‘ਬਲੂ-ਸਟਾਰ’ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋਏ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਸਿੰਘਾਂ-ਸਿੰਘਣੀਆਂ ਦੀ 40ਵੀਂ ਬਰਸੀ ਮੌਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਲੇਬਰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣੇਗੀ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਾ ਸੱਚ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਉਣਗੇ।
ਐਂਜਲਾ ਰੇਅਨਰ ਨੇ ਬੀਤੀ ਦੋ ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ ‘ਐਕਸ’ (ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ‘ਟਵਿਟਰ’ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ) ’ਤੇ ਅਪਣਾ ਬਿਆਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ – ‘‘ਹੁਣ ਜਦੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀ 40ਵੀਂ ਬਰਸੀ ਮਨਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ। ਸਾਡੀ ਲੇਬਰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਨਾਲ ਖੜੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਹਮਲੇ ’ਚ ਬ੍ਰਿਟੇਨ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਮੰਗਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡੀ ਲੇਬਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੱਚ ਜੱਗ ਜ਼ਾਹਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹ ਰਹੇਗੀ।’’
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜ਼ਾਰਾਹ ਸੁਲਤਾਨਾ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਰੇਅਨਰ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੀ ‘ਐਕਸ’ ’ਤੇ ਅਪਣੇ ਜਜ਼ਬਾਤ ਕੁੱਝ ਇੰਜ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਏ ਹਨ,‘40 ਵਰ੍ਹੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਸਥਿਤ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੱਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਾਰਗਰੇਟ ਥੈਚਰ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ’ਚ ਗੁਪਤ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਸੀ। ਮੈਂ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਨਾਲ ਖੜੀ ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਸੱਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦੀ ਹਾਂ।’
ਵਰਨਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਨਵਰੀ 2014 ’ਚ ਬਕਾਇਦਾ ਵਰਗੀਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਸਹਿਜੇ ਹੀ ਪਤਾ ਲਗਦਾ
ਸੀ ਕਿ ‘ਬਲੂ-ਸਟਾਰ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ’ ’ਚ ਯੂਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਉਦੋਂ ਦੀ ਥੈਚਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਕਥਿਤ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਦੀ ਹਾਲੇ ਤਕ ਕੋਈ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਜਾਂਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਨੇ ਬਲੂ-ਸਟਾਰ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਫ਼ਰਵਰੀ 1984 ’ਚ ਅਪਣਾ ਇਕ ਐਸਏਐਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੋਈ ਮਾਹਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਭੇਜਣ ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਉਦੋਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਇੰਦਰਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਥੈਚਰ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ‘ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ’ਚੋਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਕਢਣ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਉਲੀਕਣ ’ਚ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।’ ਉਦੋਂ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਇੰਕਸ਼ਾਫ਼ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਤਤਕਾਲੀਨ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਡੇਵਿਡ ਕੇਮਰੌਨ ਨੇ ‘ਹੇਅਵੁਡ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ’ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਫ਼ਰਵਰੀ 2014 ’ਚ ਅਪਣੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਤ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿਤੀ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ 23,000 ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਰੀਖਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਨਸ਼ਰ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਇਹੋ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਦੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਵਿਚ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੁੱਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਦੋਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਬਲੂ-ਸਟਾਰ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ’ਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ’ਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ ‘ਹੇਅਵੁਡ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ’ ਦੀ ਰੀਪੋਰਟ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਢੋਂ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿਤਾ ਸੀ।
