Amarinder Singh, permits for mini bus routes were issued to about 3000 youth at the state level. The Punjab Government is running the functioning of the Transport Department in a completely transparent manner.
Earlier the process of getting vehicle numbers especially fancy numbers was very long but now the process has been made much simpler. Similarly, licensing and other activities have been made simple and transparent by making it online.
The Punjab Government under the leadership of Capt. Amarinder Singh is a benevolent government of the common man and it is clear that today bus permits have been issued to the sons and daughters of ordinary households and not to any individual. The youth would also be given a chance to stand on their own feet by issuing permits. The youth who obtained the permits thanked the Punjab Government.
