ਲਖਨਉ . ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਆਈ ਟੀ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਟਵਿੱਟਰ (Twitter) ਦੁਆਰਾ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਆਈ ਟੀ ਐਕਟ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 79 ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ. ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਖਤਮ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੀ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਯੋਗੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਟਵਿੱਟਰ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਖ਼ਬਰਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਗਾਜ਼ੀਆਬਾਦ ਦੇ ਲੋਨੀ ਥਾਣੇ ਵਿਚ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਟਵਿੱਟਰ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਦਰਜ ਹੋਇਆ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਕੇਸ ਹੈ। ਦਰਅਸਲ, ਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਗਾਜ਼ੀਆਬਾਦ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਲੋਨੀ ਬਾਡਰ ‘ਤੇ ਅਬਦੁੱਲ ਸਮਦ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇ ਕੁੱਟਮਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਦਾੜ੍ਹੀ ਕੱਟਣ ਦੇ ਕੇਸ ਨੂੰ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਰੰਗ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਟਵਿੱਟਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ 9 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸਬ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਨੇ ਲੋਨੀ ਬਾਰਡਰ ਥਾਣੇ ਵਿਚ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਹੈ।ਆਈ ਪੀ ਸੀ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 153, 153 ਏ, 295 ਏ, 505, 120 ਬੀ ਅਤੇ 34 ਤਹਿਤ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਦਰਅਸਲ, ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿਚ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਕਿ ਅਬਦੁੱਲ ਸਮਦ ‘ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿਚ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਰੰਗ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਅਫਵਾਹਾਂ ਫੈਲਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਨ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿਚ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਟਵਿੱਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਟਾਇਆ. ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ ਟਵਿੱਟਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਨੌਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ
ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਜੁਬੈਰ, ਰਾਣਾ ਅਯੂਬ, ਦਿ ਵਾਇਰ, ਸਲਮਾਨ ਨਿਜ਼ਾਮੀ, ਮੁਸਕੂਰ ਉਸਮਾਨੀ, ਡਾ ਸਾਮਾ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ, ਸਾਬਾ ਨਕਵੀ, ਟਵਿੱਟਰ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਟਵਿੱਟਰ ਕਮਿਉਨੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਹ ਕੇਸ ਹੈ
ਗਾਜ਼ੀਆਬਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਦੀ ਕੁੱਟਮਾਰ ਦਾ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ, ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸਾਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਗਲਤ ਸੀ. ਉਸ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਅਣਪਛਾਤੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਬਰਦਸਤੀ ਨਾਅਰੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਕੇਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਇਆ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੀੜਤ ਅਬਦੁੱਲ ਸਮਦ 5 ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਬੁਲੰਦਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਹਿਟਾ ਆਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਜਿੱਥੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਪਰਵੇਸ਼ ਗੁੱਜਰ ਦੇ ਬਠਲਾ (ਲੋਨੀ) ਦੇ ਘਰ ਗਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਕੁਝ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਲੜਕੇ ਕੱਲੂ, ਪੋਲੀ, ਆਰਿਫ਼, ਆਦਿਲ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਸ਼ਾਹੀਦ ਆਦਿ ਪਰਵੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਆਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਵੇਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਕੁੱਟਮਾਰ ਕਰਨੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉਸਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਅਬਦੁੱਲ ਸਮਦ ਤਾਬੀਜ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ. ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਤਾਜ਼ੇ ਦਾ ਬੁਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਪਿਆ ਸੀ. ਇਸੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸਨੇ ਇਹ ਕਾਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ
