ਰਾਮ ਨਗਰ- ਨੈਨੀਤਾਲ ਜ਼ਿਲੇ ਦੇ ਰਾਮਨਗਰ ਢੇਲਾ ਪਿੰਡ ‘ਚ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਕਰੀਬ 5 ਵਜੇ ਇਕ ਅਰਟਿਗਾ ਕਾਰ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਤੇਜ਼ ਵਹਾ ਨਾਲ ਰੁੜ੍ਹ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ 10 ਲੋਕ ਸਵਾਰ ਸਨ। ਕਾਰ ਸਵਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੱਸੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।ਇਸ ਹਾਦਸੇ ‘ਚ 9 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 6 ਲੜਕੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਲੜਕੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇਕ ਬੱਚੀ ਬਚ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਮਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਜੁਆਇੰਟ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਰਤੀ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕੁੜੀ ਬੇਹੋਸ਼ ਹੈ, ਕੁਝ ਦੱਸਣ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਵਾਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਰਾਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਾਰਜ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੰਬਰ ਦੀ ਅਰਟਿਗਾ ਕਾਰ ‘ਚ 10 ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਢੇਲਾ ਦੇ ਰਿਜ਼ੋਰਟ ‘ਚ ਰੁਕੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਪੰਜ ਵਜੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਰਿਜ਼ੋਰਟ ਤੋਂ ਰਾਮਨਗਰ ਵਾਪਸ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਮੀਂਹ ਦਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਹੀ ਸੜਕ ‘ਤੇ ਆ ਗਿਆ। ਵਹਾਅ ਤੋਂ ਅਣਜਾਣ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਾਰ ਚਾਲਕ ਨੇ ਗੱਡੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾੜ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਾਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਰੁੜ੍ਹ ਗਏ। ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਲੋਕਾਂ ‘ਚ ਹੰਗਾਮਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਾਰਜ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਚਾਰ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇਕ ਲੜਕੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਲਾਜ ਲਈ ਰਾਮਨਗਰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਰਤੀ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਲੜਕੀ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਦੱਸੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਬਰਾਮਦ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕ ਲੜਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।
ਬਾਹਰਲੇ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਆਏ ਵਾਹਨ ਚਾਲਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਰਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਹਾਦਸਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਰਾਮਨਗਰ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਵੀ ਇਸੇ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਰੂਪ ਹੈ। ਜਿੱਥੇ ਇਹ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉੱਥੇ ਇਕ ਆਮ ਸੱਜੀ ਸੜਕ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਜੰਗਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸਥਾਨਕ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਰਾਪਤਾ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਲਾਈਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਵੇਗ ਬਹੁਤ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹੈ।
