ਡੈਸਕ- ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਅਲਾਟਮੈਂਟ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਨੇ ਮੁੜ ਸੰਮਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਨੇ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਨੂੰ 31 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਲਈ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਬਾਦਲ ਇਸ ਧੋਖਾਧੜੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਅੰਤਰਿਮ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ‘ਤੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ 23 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਪਿੱਠ ਦਰਦ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਏ।
ਪੀਜੀਆਈ ਦੇ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਦੇ ਬੈੱਡ ਰੈਸਟ ਲਈ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਵੀ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਕੋਲ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਸੁਖਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਭਿੰਡਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਪਿੱਠ ਦੀ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਪੀੜਤ ਹਨ। ਰੀੜ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਹੱਡੀ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਕਾਰਨ ਦਰਦ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਹ ਤੁਰਨ-ਫਿਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਮਰੱਥ ਹਨ। ਹੁਣ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਬੁਲਾਏ ਜਾਣ ‘ਤੇ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੋਣ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਥਿਤ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ 24 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਬਿਊਰੋ ਨੇ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਦੇ ਮਾਡਲ ਟਾਊਨ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੀਡੀਏ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ 1560 ਗਜ਼ ਦਾ ਪਲਾਟ ਖਰੀਦਣ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੇਠ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਲਾਟ ਦੀ ਬੋਲੀ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਹੋਟਲ ਮਾਲਕ ਰਾਜੀਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਵਪਾਰੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰ ਦਾ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਅਮਨਦੀਪ ਹੁਣ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਬੀਡੀਏ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਬਿਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ੇਰਗਿੱਲ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਪਰਡੈਂਟ ਪੰਕਜ ਕਾਲੀਆ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਦੀ ਪਕੜ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਗਾਊਂ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਵਾਰੰਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
