ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ: ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ ਵਿਰਾਟ ਕੋਹਲੀ ਨੇ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਲੀਬਾਗ ਦੇ ਆਵਾਸ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਲਗਜ਼ਰੀ ਬੰਗਲਾ ਖਰੀਦਿਆ ਹੈ। ਵਿਰਾਟ ਕੋਹਲੀ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਾਰਡਰ-ਗਾਵਸਕਰ ਟਰਾਫੀ ‘ਚ ਰੁੱਝੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਆਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ 4 ਟੈਸਟ ਮੈਚਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ‘ਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਭਰਾ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕੋਹਲੀ ਨੇ ਅਲੀਬਾਗ ‘ਚ ਬੰਗਲਾ ਖਰੀਦਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਰਸਮਾਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਕਰ ਲਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਵਿਰਾਟ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਕਾ ਦੀ ਅਲੀਬਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਜੋੜੇ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਸਤੰਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ 19.24 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਲੀਬਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਫਾਰਮ ਹਾਊਸ ਵੀ ਖਰੀਦਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ 1.15 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਸਟੈਂਪ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਅਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਵਿਰਾਟ ਕੋਹਲੀ ਨੇ ਆਵਾਸ ਪਿੰਡ ‘ਚ 2,000 ਵਰਗ ਫੁੱਟ ਦੇ ਵਿਲਾ ‘ਤੇ 6 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਖਰਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ‘ਤੇ ਸਟੈਂਪ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਵਜੋਂ 36 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਅਦਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਿਲਾ ‘ਚ 400 ਵਰਗ ਫੁੱਟ ਦਾ ਸਵੀਮਿੰਗ ਪੂਲ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ। ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਾ ਸੰਜੇ ਖਾਨ ਦੀ ਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਤਿਕ ਰੋਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪਤਨੀ ਸੁਜ਼ੈਨ ਖਾਨ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਦਾ ਇੰਟੀਰੀਅਰ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਮਹੇਸ਼ ਮਹਾਤਰੇ ਅਵਾਸ ਲਿਵਿੰਗ ਅਲੀਬਾਗ ਐਲਐਲਪੀ ਦੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਸਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ, “ਆਵਾਸ ਆਪਣੀ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਸੁੰਦਰਤਾ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਹਸਤੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਪਸੰਦੀਦਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਹੈ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ, ਮੰਡਵਾ ਜੈਟੀ ਆਵਾਸ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜ ਮਿੰਟ ਦੀ ਦੂਰੀ ‘ਤੇ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਪੀਡ ਬੋਟਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੁਣ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਦੀ ਦੂਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਘਟਾ ਕੇ ਸਿਰਫ 15 ਮਿੰਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, “ਅਲੀਬਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦੀ ਔਸਤ ਕੀਮਤ ਲਗਭਗ 3,000 ਰੁਪਏ ਤੋਂ 3,500 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਵਰਗ ਫੁੱਟ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਕੁਲੀਨ ਵਰਗ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਪਸੰਦੀਦਾ ਵੀਕੈਂਡ ਸਥਾਨ ਵੀ ਹੈ।” ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਸਿਰਫ ਵਿਰਾਟ ਕੋਹਲੀ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਲਕਿ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਰੋਹਿਤ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਅਲੀਬਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਖਰੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਰੋਹਿਤ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ 2021 ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹਤਰੋਲੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਾਰ ਏਕੜ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਖਰੀਦੀ ਸੀ।
ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ, ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦੋ ਮੈਚਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਸਟਰੇਲੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾ ਕੇ ਬਾਰਡਰ-ਗਾਵਸਕਰ ਟਰਾਫੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਕਰਾਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ। ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਨਾਗਪੁਰ ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਟੈਸਟ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿੱਤ ਲਏ। ਜੇਕਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਆਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਜਿੱਤ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਈਸੀਸੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਟੈਸਟ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਦੇ ਫਾਈਨਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰ ਲਵੇਗਾ।
ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਕੋਹਲੀ ਇਸ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ‘ਚ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਕੋਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਾ ਸਕੇ ਹਨ। ਕੋਹਲੀ ਨੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ 76 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਰੋਹਿਤ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਮੈਚ ‘ਚ ਮੈਚ ਜੇਤੂ ਸੈਂਕੜਾ ਲਗਾਇਆ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਦੋ ਮੈਚਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 183 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ ਹਨ।
