ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਗਾਇਕ ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਉਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਕੰਨ ਫੜ ਕੇ ਮੰਗੀ ਮਾਫੀ?
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਗਾਇਕ ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਮਾਨ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਭਾਵੁਕ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੱਥ ਜੋੜ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਨ ਫੜ ਕੇ ਮੁਆਫੀ ਮੰਗੀ। ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਇੱਕ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਚੈਨਲ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਦੋ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਵਾਪਰੀਆਂ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਮਾਨ ਵਿਵਾਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਘਿਰ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੁਆਫੀ ਮੰਗ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਕਸਦ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਠੇਸ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣਾ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਠੇਸ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਜੇਕਰ ਉਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਠੇਸ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਮੁਆਫ਼ੀ ਮੰਗਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ‘ਚ ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਦੌਰੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਅਪਸ਼ਬਦ ਬੋਲੇ ਸਨ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਂ-ਬੋਲੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਬੋਲੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ। ਪਰ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਉਦੋਂ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਸਾਲ 2021 ‘ਚ ਨਕੋਦਰ ‘ਚ ਡੇਰਾ ਬਾਬਾ ਮੁਰਾਦ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੇਲੇ ‘ਚ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ‘ਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਥੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਦਰਗਾਹ ਦੇ ਲਾਡੀ ਸਾਂਈ ਗੁਰੂ ਅਮਰਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਸੰਤਾਨ ਹਨ।
ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਮਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਵਿਵਾਦ
ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਬਿਆਨ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਭੜਕ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਮਾਨ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਧਰਨਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਤੋਂ ਰਾਹਤ ਤਾਂ ਮਿਲ ਗਈ ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਇਕ ਗੀਤ ਵੀ ਗਾਇਆ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਹੰਗਾਮਾ ਮਚਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਕਈ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਗਾਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੀ ਕੱਢੀਆਂ।
‘ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੰਨ ਫੜ ਕੇ ਮੁਆਫੀ ਮੰਗਦਾ ਹਾਂ’
ਇਕ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਨਿਊਜ਼ ਚੈਨਲ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਹੁਣ ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ‘ਮੈਂ ਕੰਨ ਫੜ ਕੇ ਮੁਆਫੀ ਮੰਗਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਲਈ ਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਗੀਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਠੇਸ ਪਹੁੰਚਾ ਸਕੇ। ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਕਹੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਨਾਲ ਠੇਸ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਮੁਆਫੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਦੁਖੀ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁਰੂਆਂ ਲਈ ਗਾਇਆ। ਮੈਂ ਸੋਚ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਲੋਕ ਵੱਡੇ ਦਿਲ ਵਾਲੇ ਜਾਣੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਗਲਤੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਗੇ। ਪਰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ।’
