ਰਿਸ਼ਭ ਪੰਤ ਦੀ ਕਪਤਾਨੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਟੀਮ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਨੇ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ (IND vs SA T20) ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ 5 ਮੈਚਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ‘ਚ 0-2 ਨਾਲ ਪਛੜਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਖਾਪਟਨਮ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਕੋਟ ਟੀ-20 ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਪ੍ਰੋਟੀਜ਼ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾ ਕੇ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ 2-2 ਨਾਲ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਕਰ ਲਈ। ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਦਾ ਪੰਜਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਫੈਸਲਾਕੁੰਨ ਟੀ-20 ਮੈਚ ਐਤਵਾਰ (19 ਜੂਨ) ਨੂੰ ਬੈਂਗਲੁਰੂ ‘ਚ ਖੇਡਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਦੋਵੇਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਉਣਗੀਆਂ। ਚੌਥੇ ਟੀ-20 ‘ਚ ਜਿੱਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਟੀਮ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦੇ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਰਿਸ਼ਭ ਪੰਤ ਨੇ ਟਾਸ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਕਾ ਉਛਾਲਣ ਦਾ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਦਰਅਸਲ ਪੰਤ ਨੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਹੋਏ ਚਾਰੇ ਮੈਚਾਂ ‘ਚ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਦੇ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਤੇਂਬਾ ਬਾਵੁਮਾ ਟਾਸ ਦੇ ਬੌਸ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਯਾਨੀ ਪੰਤ ਚਾਰੇ ਵਾਰ ਟਾਸ ਹਾਰ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਰਾਜਕੋਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਾਸ ਹਾਰ ਕੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਟੀਮ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ 170 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਟੀਚੇ ਦਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫ਼ਰੀਕਾ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ 16.5 ਓਵਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 87 ਦੌੜਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਢੇਰ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਟੀਮ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਮੈਚ 82 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਿੱਤ ਲਿਆ। ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਟੀ-20 ‘ਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਹੈ।
ਮੈਚ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰਿਸ਼ਭ ਪੰਤ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ‘ਅਸੀਂ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਗੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਖੇਡਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸੀ। ਦੇਖੋ, ਨਤੀਜੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹਨ। ਜੋ ਵੀ ਟੀਮ ਚੰਗੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਖੇਡਦੀ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਮੈਚ ਜਿੱਤਦੀ ਹੈ। ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਗਲੇ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਕਾ ਉਛਾਲ ਕੇ ਟਾਸ ਜਿੱਤ ਲਵਾਂ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਸਕਾਰਾਤਮਕ ਰਹਾਂਗਾ।
