NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 10: Farmer unions have announced to block railway tracks all across the country soon.
The announcement comes after the Centre government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi flatly refused to scrap three contentious farm laws.

The Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Tomar has again appealed to farmer organizations to consider the draft proposal sent by the government on amendments to be done in three agriculture laws. He said that the government is ready to talk anytime, which farmers may decide.
Addressing a press conference, Tomar said that farmers are not able to take a decision on the proposal sent to them. He said that whatever questions farmers had raised, the government has sent the proposal to sort out the issues. The farmers should consider these proposals and the government is ready to talk at whatever time the farmers may decide, said Tomar.
