ਡੈਸਕ- ਦਸੰਬਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਮੈਦਾਨੀ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਠੰਡ ਵਧਣੀ ਸ਼ਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਮੌਸਮ ਖੁਸ਼ਕ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਅਗਲੇ ਸੱਤ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਮੌਸਮ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੀ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ। ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਵੈਸਟਰਨ ਡਿਸਟਰਬੈਂਸ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ‘ਚ ਮੀਂਹ ਅਤੇ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕੁਝ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ‘ਚ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਹੋਈ। ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੈਦਾਨੀ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ‘ਚ ਹਲਕੀ ਠੰਡ ਵਧ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਪਹਾੜਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਦਾਨੀ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵੱਲ ਵਹਿ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਹਾੜੀ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੈਦਾਨੀ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ‘ਚ ਦਿਨ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਤ ਦੇ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ‘ਚ 2 ਤੋਂ 3 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਦੀ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਆਵੇਗੀ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਮੈਦਾਨੀ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਠੰਡ ਵਧੇਗੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰੀਏ ਤਾਂ ਆਦਮਪੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ 6 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦਾ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ 8.7 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਰਿਹਾ, ਜੋ ਆਮ ਨਾਲੋਂ 2.2 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਘੱਟ ਸੀ।
ਮੀਂਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰਾਹਤ
ਮੀਂਹ ਨਾ ਪੈਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਕਰੀਬ ਡੇਢ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਦੀ ਲਪੇਟ ‘ਚ ਹੈ। ਮੀਂਹ ਪੈਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਦਾ ਪੱਧਰ ਡਿੱਗਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਏਅਰ ਕੁਆਲਿਟੀ ਇੰਡੈਕਸ (AQI) ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ 200 ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰ ਕਰ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਦੂਜੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ 100 ਤੋਂ 200 ਤੱਕ ਹੈ।
ਜੇਕਰ ਗੱਲ ਕਰੀਏ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਸੂਰਜ ਸਵੇਰੇ 7 ਵਜਕੇ 6 ਮਿੰਟ ਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਮ 5 ਵਜਕੇ 25 ਮਿੰਟ ਤੇ ਛਿਪ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਅਵਧੀ 10 ਘੰਟੇ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਅੱਜ ਦਾ ਔਸਤ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ 13 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਸੈਲਸੀਅਸ ਰਿਹਾ। ਜੋ ਕਿ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਸਮੇਂ 26 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਤੱਕ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਸਮੇਂ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ 27 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ 17 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਸੈਲਸੀਅਸ ਰਹਿ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
