ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ: ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ 2023 ਦੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਬਚੇ ਮੈਚ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਲਈ ਅਹਿਮ ਹੋਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਸੈਮੀਫਾਈਨਲ ਦੇ ਸਮੀਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਬਣਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਵਿਗਾੜ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ 1 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਟੂਰਨਾਮੈਂਟ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਜੇਕਰ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕੀ ਟੀਮ ਇਸ ਮੈਚ ਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਤਣ ‘ਚ ਸਫਲ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸੈਮੀਫਾਈਨਲ ‘ਚ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਲਗਭਗ ਪੱਕੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ 6 ਮੈਚਾਂ ‘ਚ 10 ਅੰਕ ਹਨ ਜਦਕਿ ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਦੇ 6 ਮੈਚਾਂ ‘ਚ 8 ਅੰਕ ਹਨ। ਕੀਵੀ ਟੀਮ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦੋ ਮੈਚਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਰ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ‘ਚ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਹਾਰ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਕਆਊਟ ‘ਚ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਬਣਾ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ। 2015 ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਨੇ ਸੈਮੀਫਾਈਨਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਰੋਮਾਂਚਕ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫ਼ਰੀਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਟੂਰਨਾਮੈਂਟ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ‘ਚ ਟੇਂਬਾ ਬਾਵੁਮਾ ਉਸ ਹਾਰ ਦਾ ਬਦਲਾ ਵੀ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੁਣਗੇ।
ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ 2023 ਵਿੱਚ ਚੰਗੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ 4 ਮੈਚ ਜਿੱਤੇ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਟੀਮ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲੇ 4 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਰਾਇਆ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਹ ਆਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ 5 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਾਰ ਗਈ। ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਨੀਦਰਲੈਂਡ ਵਰਗੀ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਟੀਮ ਤੋਂ ਹਾਰ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ, ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਜਿੱਤ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ। ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫ਼ਰੀਕਾ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਆਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀਲੰਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਹਰਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਇਹ ਮੈਚ ਹਾਰ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਲਈ ਸੈਮੀਫਾਈਨਲ ਦਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
