Amitabh Bachchan 80th Birthday: ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ‘ਚ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਕਈ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਬਣੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇੰਨਾ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਯਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਯਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ।ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਫਿਲਮ ‘ਸਿਲਸਿਲਾ’ ਨੂੰ ਇਸਦੀ ਸਟਾਰ ਕਾਸਟ ਲਈ ਯਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਫਿਲਮ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਯਸ਼ ਚੋਪੜਾ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਫਿਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਕਰ ਲਈਆਂ ਸਨ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੁਪਨਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਟਾਰ ਕਾਸਟ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ। ਅਸਲ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਅਸਲ ‘ਚ ਰੀਲ ਲਾਈਫ ‘ਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਸੀ। ਫਿਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕਈ ਅਟਕਲਾਂ ਲਗਾਈਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਸਟਾਰ ਕਾਸਟ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ। ਅਮਿਤਾਭ, ਜਯਾ ਅਤੇ ਰੇਖਾ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਤਿਕੋਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਦੇ ‘ਤੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਅਸਲ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਸੀ। 70 ਦੇ ਦਹਾਕੇ ‘ਚ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਅਮਿਤਾਭ ਅਤੇ ਰੇਖਾ ਦਾ ਅਫੇਅਰ ਸੁਰਖੀਆਂ ‘ਚ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਦ ਜਯਾ ਬੱਚਨ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕਾਫੀ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਸਨ, ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ‘ਚ ਇਕ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਸੀ।
ਫਿਲਮ ਦੀ ਕਾਸਟਿੰਗ ਆਖਰੀ ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ
ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ‘ਚ ਯਸ਼ ਚੋਪੜਾ ਨੇ ਕਈ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ‘ਬੀਬੀਸੀ’ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ‘ਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਸੀ, ‘ਮੈਂ ਸਿਲਸਿਲਾ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਡਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਫਿਲਮ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਅਸਲ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਪਰਦੇ ‘ਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਸੀ। ਅਮਿਤ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਦੀ ਕਾਸਟਿੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹਾਂ? ਮੈਂ ਅਮਿਤਾਭ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਿਤਾ ਪਾਟਿਲ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਵੀਨ ਬਾਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਈਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਮੈਂ ਅਮਿਤ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜਯਾ ਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਰੇਖਾ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਸਟ ਕਰਨ।
ਅਮਿਤਾਭ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ- ਰੇਖਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਯਾ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਾ ਲਓ
ਯਸ਼ ਚੋਪੜਾ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ‘ਅਮਿਤ ਜੀ ਕੁਝ ਦੇਰ ਚੁੱਪ ਰਹੇ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਹਿਮਤ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ (ਰੇਖਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਯਾ) ਨੂੰ ਮਨਾਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਡਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਅਸਲ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਪਰਦੇ ‘ਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਸੀ। ਮੈਂ ਜਯਾ ਅਤੇ ਰੇਖਾ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਗੜਬੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ। ਜਯਾ ਬੱਚਨ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਬਰਦਸਤੀ ਇਸ ਫਿਲਮ ਲਈ ਹਾਮੀ ਭਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਖਬਰਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਜਯਾ ਬੱਚਨ ਨੂੰ ‘ਸਿਲਸਿਲਾ’ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ‘ਚ ਕੋਈ ਦਿਲਚਸਪੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਫਿਲਮ ਦੇ ਕਲਾਈਮੈਕਸ ਸੀਨ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਫਿਲਮ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਈ। ਕਲਾਈਮੈਕਸ ਵਿੱਚ, ਪਤੀ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਅਮਿਤ ਖੰਨਾ (ਅਮਿਤਾਭ ਬੱਚਨ) ਪਤਨੀ ਕੋਲ ਵਾਪਸ ਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਂਦਨੀ (ਰੇਖਾ) ਨਾਲ ਵਿਆਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰਲੇ ਸਬੰਧਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੁੱਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
