ਟੀਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਿਊਰੋ– ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਵਿਜੈ ਇੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਨਿਚਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕੋਵਿਡ ਮਹਾਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ 12ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਬੋਰਡ ਵਲੋਂ ਸੀ.ਬੀ.ਐਸ.ਈ. ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਪਣਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਫ਼ਾਰਮੂਲੇ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਹੀ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਐਲਾਨਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਸਿੰਗਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਢੁੱਕਵਾਂ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਚੇਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੋਰਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਾਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਪੇ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਚਿੰਤਤ ਸਨ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਾਲ 2020-21 ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ 3,08,000 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਬੋਰਡ ਅਧੀਨ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ, ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 12ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਬੋਰਡ ਲਈ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨ ਲੈਣੇ ਸੰਭਵ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਪਣਾਏ ਗਏ ਫਾਰਮੂਲੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਬੋਰਡ ਕ੍ਰਮਵਾਰ 10ਵੀਂ, 11ਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ 12ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ 30:30:40 ਦੇ ਅਨੁਪਾਤ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਸਿੰਗਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬੋਰਡ ਔਸਤਨ 30 ਫੀਸਦ ਵੇਟੇਜ : 10ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਪੰਜ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਧੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਦਸ਼ਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ, 30 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਵੇਟੇਜ : 11ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੀ ਬੋਰਡ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੈਕਟੀਕਲਜ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਅੰਕ ਅਤੇ 40 ਫੀਸਦ ਵੇਟੇਜ : 12ਵੀਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰੀ-ਬੋਰਡ, ਪ੍ਰੈਕਟੀਕਲ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਨਟਰਨਲ ਅਸੈਸਮੈਂਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਦਾ ਖਰੜਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰੇਗਾ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਗਿਆਰਵੀਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਟਰੀਮ ਬਦਲੀ ਹੈ, ਉਨਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ 10ਵੀਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਦਸ਼ਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਅਤੇ 12ਵੀਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰੀ-ਬੋਰਡ+ਪ੍ਰੈਕਟੀਕਲ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ+ਇਨਟਰਨਲ ਅਸੈਸਮੈਂਟ ਦੇ ਫਾਰਮੂਲੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਮਾਪਦੰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵਿਸਥਾਰਤ ਵੇਰਵੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਾਗਇਨ ਆਈ.ਡੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੀ ਜਨਤਕ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 10ਵੀਂ, 11ਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ 12ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਦੇ ਨੰਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੋਰਟਲ ‘ਤੇ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਕੂਲ ਮੁਖੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ 31 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਐਲਾਨੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਆਸ ਹੈ।
ਸਿੰਗਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਉਕਤ ਫਾਰਮੂਲੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੰਤੁਸਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਗੇ, ਉਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਉਦੋਂ ਲਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਸੁਖਾਵੇਂ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
