ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰੀ ‘ਚ ਫੰਸੀ ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ, ਚੀਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਖਹਿਰਾ ਨੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਲਗਾਮ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਪੀਲ
ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ- ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸੱਤਾ ਚ ਕਾਬਿਜ਼ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਲਗਭਗ ਤਿੰਨ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਖਰਚ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ । ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ । ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਇਸਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਫੰਡ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪੈਸਾ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖਜਾਨੇ ਚ ਜਮਾ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ । ਇਹ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਸੁਖਪਾਲ ਖਹਿਰਾ ਦਾ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਥ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਨੇਤਾ ਡਾ.ਦਲਜੀਤ ਚੀਮਾ ਨੇ । ਦੋਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਤਰਕ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਬਨਵਾਰੀ ਲਾਲ ਪੁਰੋਹਤ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਵਾਂਗ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸੱਤਾਧਾਰੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਫੰਡ ਤੋਂ ਪੈਸਾ ਕਢਵਾਉਣ ।
ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਲਈ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਬਨਵਾਰੀ ਲਾਲ ਪੁਰੋਹਿਤ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਉਪ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਵਾਂਗੂ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਫੁੱਲਤਾ ਲਈ ਇਲੈਕਟ੍ਰਾਨਿਕ, ਪਿ੍ਰੰਟ ਤੇ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ’ਤੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਾਰੇ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਖਾਤੇ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਤੇ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਹੋਰ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਫੁੱਲਤਾ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਪੱਧਰ ’ਤੇ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਟੈਕਸ ਦਾਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ’ਤੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ।
ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਬਿਆਨ ’ਚ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਗੂ ਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਡਾ. ਦਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੀਮਾ ਨੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਤੈਅ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਜੋ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਇਸਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਉਪ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਵਾਂਗੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ‘ਆਪ’ ਕੋਲੋਂ 97 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਵਸੂਲਣ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।
