ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ : ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਹੇਠ ਹੋਈ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਦੀ ਬੈਠਕ ਵਿਚ ਦੋ ਅਹਿਮ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਲਏ ਗਏ। ਜਿਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੋਮਰ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਵਿਚ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਮ ਤੇਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਲਗਾਮ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵੱਡਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੋਮਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਦੋ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਲਏ ਹਨ। ਪਾਮ ਤੇਲ ਦੇ ਕੱਚੇ ਮਾਲ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੈਅ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਉਤਾਰ -ਚੜ੍ਹਾਅ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਫਸਲ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਡਿੱਗਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਡੀਬੀਟੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਅੰਤਰ ਦੀ ਰਕਮ ਅਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਖੇਤੀ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਰਕਮ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਵਾਧਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ-ਪੂਰਬੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ, ਉਦਯੋਗ ਨੂੰ 5 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪਾਮ ਤੇਲ ਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਲਈ ਗ੍ਰਾਂਟ 12,000 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਹੈਕਟੇਅਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਸੀ, ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾ ਕੇ 29,000 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਹੈਕਟੇਅਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਲਗਭਗ 3.5 ਲੱਖ ਹੈਕਟੇਅਰ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਮ ਤੇਲ ਦੀ ਕਾਸ਼ਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਇਹ ਵਧ ਕੇ 10 ਲੱਖ ਹੈਕਟੇਅਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਤੇਲ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਆਯਾਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਦੇਸ਼ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ 24 ਮਿਲੀਅਨ ਟਨ ਖਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਤੇਲ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਖਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੇਲ ਦਾ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਲਈ 11,040 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
