ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ- ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਦੀਪਕ ਟੀਨੂੰ ਫਰਾਰ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਗਾਇਕ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਕਾਂਡ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਤੇ ਫ਼ਰਾਰ ਹੋਏ ਖ਼ਤਰਨਾਕ ਅਪਰਾਧੀ ਦੀਪਕ ਟੀਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ’ਚੋਂ ਭੱਜਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ’ਚ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਿੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਏ.ਜੀ.ਟੀ.ਐਫ. ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਪਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸਦੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਿੱਤਰ ਦਾ 14 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਤੱਕ 5 ਦਿਨ ਦਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਏ.ਜੀ.ਟੀ.ਐਫ. ਦੀ ਸਿੱਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦੀਪਕ ਦੀ 27 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਗਰਲਫ੍ਰੈਂਡ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਟੀਨੂੰ ਦੀ ਗਰਲਫ੍ਰੈਂਡ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਦੱਸੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੀ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਹੈ। ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਜੀਰਕਪੁਰ ਦੀ ਪੋਰਸ਼ ਕਲੋਨੀ ‘ਚ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਲੜਕੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਉਰਫ (ਜੋਤੀ) ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਇੰਡੈਵਰ ਗੱਡੀ ਵੀ ਗਿਫਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਦੀਪਕ ਟੀਨੂ ਦੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ‘ਚ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਹਰ ਵਾਰ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਸਮੇਂ ਇਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦੀਪਕ ਟੀਨੂ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਦੀਪਕ ਟੀਨੂੰ ਥਾਣਾ ਮੁਖੀ ਪ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਭਰੋਸੇ ‘ਚ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਭੱਜਣ ‘ਚ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਹੋਇਆ। ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਦੀਪਕ ਦੀ ਗਰਲਫਰੈਂਡ ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ‘ਚ ਕਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਖੁਲਾਸੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਦੀਪਕ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਫੋਨ ‘ਤੇ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ, ਦੀਪਕ ਕੋਲ ਗੋਇੰਦਵਾਲ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ‘ਚ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮੋਬਾਇਲ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਥੋਂ ਉਹ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਸਾਰੀ ਪਲੈਨਿੰਗ ਉਸੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਭੱਜਣ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦ ਚਾਰ-ਪੰਜ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਵਿਉਂਤਬੰਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ, ਇਹ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦੀਪਕ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਫੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਰਚੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ।ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਨੀਏ ਤਾਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਹੁਣ ਦੀਪਕ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਸਾਥੀ ਦੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਵੀ ਕਾਫੀ ਅਹਿਮ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਹੀ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਕਤਲ ਮਾਮਲੇ ’ਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਸ਼ੂਟਰ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਦੀਪਕ ਟੀਨੂੰ ਨੂੰ ਭਜਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੀਆਈਏ ਸਟਾਫ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਦੇ ਸਬ-ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਪ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਅਦਾਲਤ ’ਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ 12 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ 4 ਦਿਨ ਦਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਈ ਅਹਿਮ ਸੁਰਾਗ ਮਿਲੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਸਿੱਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਦੀਪਕ ਟੀਨੂੰ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਲਾ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਕਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਬਿਠਾ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ’ਚ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਥੋਂ ਉਹ ਭੱਜਣ ’ਚ ਸਫਲ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।
