ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ, ਮੁਫਤ ਬਿਜਲੀ, ਮਾਫੀਆ ਦਾ ਖਾਤਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੁੱਗਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਰੈਵੀਨਿਊ
ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ – ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ 2022 ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਰੀਮੋ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਅੱਜ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ। ਇੱਥੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਵੱਡੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤੇ। ਇਹ ਤਿੰਨ ਵੱਡੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹਿੰਗੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮਾਫ਼ੀਆ ਰਾਜ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਰੈਵੇਨਿਊ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਨ। ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਕਾਨਫ਼ਰੰਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੋ ਹਜਾਰ ਬਾਈ ਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਜੇਕਰ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਹਰ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ 300 ਯੂਨਿਟ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ‘ਚ ਅਸੀਂ 200 ਯੂਨਿਟ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਤੇ 200-400 ਅੱਧੇ ਰੇਟ ‘ਤੇ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੁਫਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ 77-80 ਫੀਸਦ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦਾ ਬਿੱਲ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਬਿਜਲੀ 24 ਘੰਟੇ ਆਵੇਗੀ, ਬਿਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਵੇਗਾ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੂਜਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਬਿਲ ਮਾਫ਼, ਜੋ ਲੋਕ ਬਿੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਰ ਸਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਨੈਕਸ਼ ਕੱਟ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਨੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਬਹਾਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਤੀਜਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ 24 ਘੰਟੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਠੀਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੂਰੇ ਦੇਸ ‘ਚੋਂ ਲਗਭਗ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਮਹਿੰਗੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ। ਕਿਉਂ? ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿੰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਮਹਿੰਗੀ ਕਿਉਂ? ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ‘ਚ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ, ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਖਰੀਦਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਸਸਤੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਾਫੀਆ ਰਾਜ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੰਦੀ ਗੰਢ-ਤੁੱਪ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਮਹਿੰਗੀ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਡੇਢ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਸਸਤੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਹਰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਹਨ। ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਹਨ। ਕਈ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਕਹਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਕਮਾਈ ਦਾ ਅੱਧਾ ਪੈਸਾ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਬਿਲ ‘ਚ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਰੇਤ ਮਾਫ਼ੀਆ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਮਾਫ਼ੀਏ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਰੈਵੇਨਿਊ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲ ਵਿਚ ਡਬਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਪ’ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਮੰਗੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿਟ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣ ਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਦਬਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਤੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ-ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਮਿਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ । ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਪ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦੁਆਈਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ।
