ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ: ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਬਿਊਰੋ ਨੇ 2007 ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਈ.ਟੀ.ਟੀ./ਜੇ.ਬੀ.ਟੀ./ਟੀਚਿੰਗ ਫੈਲੋਜ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਗਭਗ 9,998 ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਨਿਯਮੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੇਰਾਫੇਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਪੰਜ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਬਿਊਰੋ ਨੂੰ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦਾ 3 ਦਿਨ ਦਾ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਬਿਓਰੋ ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 8 ਮਈ, 2023 ਨੂੰ ਆਈ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ. ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-ਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਰੋਕੂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 7 (13) (1) (ਏ), 13 (2) ਤਹਿਤ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ (ਡੀ.ਈ.ਓ.) ਐਲੀਮੈਂਟਰੀ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਮਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੂਨੀਅਰ ਸਹਾਇਕ, ਮਹਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸਹਾਇਕ (ਦੋਵੇਂ ਸੇਵਾਮੁਕਤ) ਅਤੇ ਡੀ.ਈ.ਓ. (ਐਲੀਮੈਂਟਰੀ) ਧਰਮਪਾਲ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸਹਾਇਕ, ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜੂਨੀਅਰ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਅਤੇ ਮਿੱਤਰ ਵਾਸੂ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਡੀ.ਈ.ਓ. (ਐਲੀਮੈਂਟਰੀ) ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਲ 2007 ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਈ.ਟੀ.ਟੀ./ਜੇ.ਬੀ.ਟੀ./ਟੀਚਿੰਗ ਫੈਲੋਜ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਗਭਗ 9998 ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਭਰਤੀ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ, ਸੂਚੀਆਂ, ਮੈਰਿਟ ਸੂਚੀਆਂ, ਖੋਜ ਸੂਚੀਆਂ, ਅਨੁਭਵ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ, ਫਾਈਨਲ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ/ਮੈਰਿਟ ਆਦਿ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮਿਲੀਭੁਗਤ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਨਿਯਮੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਤਾਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਈ ਚੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਜਰਬੇ ਦੇ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਕਤ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਇਸ ਮੰਤਵ ਲਈ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਵਿਭਾਗੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਜਾਂ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਬਿਊਰੋ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਲੋੜੀਂਦਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਫਲ ਰਿਹਾ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਹੋਣ ’ਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਡੂੰਘਾਈ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
