ਜਲੰਧਰ : ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਗਤ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਵਫ਼ਦ ਨੇ ਜਲ੍ਹਿਆਂਵਾਲਾ ਬਾਗ਼ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਨਾ ਲੈ ਸਕਣ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਗ਼ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰੋਂ ਹੀ ਵਾਪਸ ਪਰਤਕੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਗਤ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਹਾਲ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਲ੍ਹਿਆਂਵਾਲਾ ਬਾਗ਼ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਕੇ, ਨਵੀਨੀਕਰਣ ਅਤੇ ਸੁੰਦਰੀਕਰਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਂਅ ਹੇਠ ਕੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਕੌਮੀ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਦੇ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਵਾਰਸਾਂ ਲਈ ਗਹਿਰੀ ਘੋਖ-ਪੜਤਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸਰੋਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਹੈ।
ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਗਤ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਲ੍ਹਿਆਂਵਾਲਾ ਬਾਗ਼ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਆਏ ਵਫ਼ਦ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਡਾ.ਪਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਵਿੱਤ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਔਲਖ, ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਟਰੱਸਟੀ ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰੀ ਕੋਛੜ ਅਤੇ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਵਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਕਨਵੀਨਰ ਅਮੋਲਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ। ਵਫ਼ਦ ਨੇ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਲ੍ਹਿਆਂਵਾਲਾ ਬਾਗ਼ ਦੇ ਇਕੋ-ਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਦੁਆਰ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਬੰਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਅੰਦਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਗਾਰਦ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
ਦਰਵਾਜੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਝੀਖਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੀਂ ਹੀ ਵਫ਼ਦ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਗਾਰਦ ਨਾਲ ਜਦੋਂ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰੀ ਜ਼ਾਹਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਕੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਦਰਸ਼ਕ ਜਾਂ ਵਫ਼ਦ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਦਰ ਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਸਕਦੇ। ਵਫ਼ਦ ਦੇ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਨ ‘ਤੇ ਜਲ੍ਹਿਆਂਵਾਲਾ ਬਾਗ਼ ਟ੍ਰਸਟ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀਏ ਐਸ.ਕੇ. ਮੁਖ਼ਰਜੀ ਦਾ ਜੋ ਟੈਲੀਫੋਨ ਨੰਬਰ ਮਿਲਿਆ, ਉਹ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਯਤਨ ਕਰਨ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਾ।
ਵਫ਼ਦ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਿ ਐਸ.ਕੇ.ਮੁਖ਼ਰਜੀ ਕਲਕੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਗਤ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਜਮੇਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਵਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਕਨਵੀਨਰ ਅਮੋਲਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਮੇਟੀ ‘ਚ ਵਫ਼ਦ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ‘ਤੇ ਹੋਈ ਵਿਚਾਰ-ਚਰਚਾ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਖ਼ਦਸ਼ਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਲ੍ਹਿਆਂਵਾਲਾ ਬਾਗ਼ ਅੰਦਰ ਜਨਤਕ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਰੋਕ ਕੇ ਅੰਦਰੇ-ਅੰਦਰ ਨਵੀਨੀਕਰਣ ਅਤੇ ਸੁੰਦਰੀਕਰਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਂਅ ਹੇਠ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਨਾਲ ਛੇੜਛਾੜ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਖ਼ਦਸ਼ੇ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਜਲ੍ਹਿਆਂਵਾਲਾ ਬਾਗ਼ ਨੂੰ ਆਮ ਜਨਤਾ ਲਈ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ ਜਾਏ। ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ, ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਖੂਹ, ਦੀਵਾਰਾਂ, ਫਾਇਰਿੰਗ ਸਥਾਨ, ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਿਕ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦੋ ਬਦਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਾਂ ਲਾਈਟ ਐਂਡ ਸਾਊਂਡ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਜਰੀਏ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਦਾ ਹੁਲੀਆ ਵਿਗਾੜਨ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਉੱਠਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ, ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ।
ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬਾਗ਼ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਦੋ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਦਾਖ਼ਲਾ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਤੁਰੰਤ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਜਨਤਕ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਏ। ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਸੋਹਣ ਲਾਲ ਪਾਠਕ ਪੱਟੀ, ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਸਮਾਰਕ ਨਾਲ ਛੇੜ-ਛਾੜ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
