Ottawa- ਫੀਫਾ ਨੇ 2026 ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮਾਂ ‘ਚ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੁੜ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੋਤਲਾਂ ਲਿਆਉਣ ‘ਤੇ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਫੀਫਾ ਨੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਖਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਪਲਾਸਟਿਕ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੋਤਲਾਂ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮ ਅੰਦਰ ਲਿਆਂਦੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਣਗੀਆਂ।
ਤਿੰਨ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਫੀਫਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮਾਂ ਲਈ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ‘ਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਲੀਟਰ ਤੱਕ ਦੀਆਂ ਖਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਮੁੜ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਪਲਾਸਟਿਕ ਬੋਤਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਫੀਫਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਬਦਲਦਿਆਂ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਬੋਤਲਾਂ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮ ਅੰਦਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਆਂਦੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਣਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਹੀ ਖਰੀਦਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ।
ਫੀਫਾ ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸੰਸਥਾ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਬੋਤਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮ ‘ਚ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਟ ਲੱਗਣ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ‘ਚ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਇਹ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
2026 ਫੀਫਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ‘ਚ 48 ਟੀਮਾਂ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਣਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਮੈਕਸੀਕੋ, ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਦੇ 16 ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮਾਂ ‘ਚ ਖੇਡੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ‘ਚ ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਅਤੇ ਵੈਨਕੂਵਰ ਵੀ ਮੇਜ਼ਬਾਨ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ‘ਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।
ਕਈ ਮੇਜ਼ਬਾਨ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ‘ਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਹਨ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਗਰਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਮੀ ਦਾ ਪੱਧਰ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਉੱਚਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਕੁਝ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਜ਼ਾਹਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੋਤਲਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਫੀਫਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਗਰਮੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾਅ ਲਈ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਚ ਠੰਢੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ, ਧੁੰਦ ਛੱਡਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਾਂ, ਪੱਖੇ, ਠੰਢਕ ਵਾਲੇ ਟੈਂਟ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ। ਫੀਫਾ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮਾਂ ‘ਚ ਆਮ ਰੇਟਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।
ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਦੇ ਬੀਐਮਓ ਫੀਲਡ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਦੇ ਛੇ ਮੈਚ ਖੇਡੇ ਜਾਣੇ ਹਨ, ‘ਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਫੁਹਾਰੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹਨ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੈਨਕੂਵਰ ਦੇ ਬੀਸੀ ਪਲੇਸ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮ ‘ਚ ਵੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਈ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਣਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਦਰਸ਼ਕ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬੋਤਲਾਂ ਉੱਥੇ ਭਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਣਗੇ।
