ਡੈਸਕ- ਮੀਂਹ ਪੈਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਬਣ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਮੀਂਹ ਪੈਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਅਲਰਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ । ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਆਸ਼ਿਕਾ ਜੈਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੀਤੇ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਰ ਵਿਚ ਪੈ ਰਹੇ ਭਾਰੀ ਮੀਂਹ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ 10 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2023 ਦਿਨ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਸਾਹਿਬਜ਼ਾਦਾ ਅਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ, ਅਰਧ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ, ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ (ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ, ਮਿਡਲ, ਹਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ) ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿੱਦਿਅਕ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਆਸ਼ਿਕਾ ਜੈਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਭਾਰੀ ਵਰਖਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸਾਹਿਬਜ਼ਾਦਾ ਅਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ, ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਫੀ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਭਰ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਆਉਣਾ-ਜਾਣਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸਾਹਿਬਜ਼ਾਦਾ ਅਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਭਾਰੀ ਮੀਂਹ ਕਾਰਨ ਰੋਪੜ ਦੀ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਪ੍ਰੀਤੀ ਯਾਦਵ ਨੇ ਭਲਕੇ 10 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਭਾਰੀ ਬਾਰਸ਼ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਵਿਗੜ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਕਈ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਡੇਰਾਬੱਸੀ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਾਉਣੀਆਂ ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਥੇ ਕਈ ਸੁਸਾਇਟੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਭਰ ਗਿਆ। ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਖੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਾਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿਚ ਡੁੱਬ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਭਾਰੀ ਮੀਂਹ ਪੈਣ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਭਲਕੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਹਿਦਾਇਤ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਕੂਲ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਉਸ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀ ਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਭਾਰੀ ਮੀਂਹ ਦੇ ਚਲਦਿਆਂ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿੱਦਿਅਕ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ 10 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਦੀ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਭਲਕੇ ਲਈ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਇੱਕ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ । ਚਿੱਠੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਿਖਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਅਦੇਸ਼ਾਨੁਸਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੋਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਰੈੱਡ ਅਲਰਟ/ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਕਾਰਨਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਮਿਤੀ 10.7.2023 (ਸੋਮਵਾਰ) ਨੂੰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ।
