ਡੈਸਕ- ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ 3.50 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੀ ਧੋਖਾਧੜੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਟਭਾਈ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਨੰਬਰ 84 ਮਿਤੀ 23/06/2023 ਥਾਣਾ ਸਰਾਭਾ ਨਗਰ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਆਈ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ. ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120ਬੀ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਕੋਟਭਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਪੰਜ ਹੋਰ ਨਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ। ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਤਿੰਨ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਸ਼ਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੋਂ ਮਿਲੀ ਸੀ। ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ 1. ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਟਭਾਈ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਕੋਟਭਾਈ 2. ਜੀਵਨ ਸਿੰਘ 3. ਦਲੀਪ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਾਠੀ 4. ਸੰਜੇ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ 5. ਸਈਅਦ ਪਰਵੇਜ਼ ਰਹਿਮਾਜ਼ 6. ਧਰਮਵੀਰ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਚਾਚਾ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੰਗੂ ਜੋ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤਿਹਾੜ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ। ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਕੋਟਭਾਈ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ‘ਚ ਕਈ ਕੁਨੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਕਈ ਚਿੱਟ ਫੰਡ ਕੇਸ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਚ ਉਹ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ‘ਤੇ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 5 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ‘ਚ ਦੇ ਦੇਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ‘ਚੋਂ ਰਿਹਾਅ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਨਿਰਮਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ 3.5 ਕਰੋੜ ਐਡਵਾਂਸ ਅਤੇ ਡੇਢ ਕਰੋੜ ਕੰਮ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਹਾਮੀ ਭਰੀ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਕਰਤਾ ਸ਼ਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੀ ਗੱਲ ਦੱਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਸ਼ਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਟਭਾਈ ਦੇ ਕਹਿਣ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਗਿਰਧਾਰੀ ਲਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਆਜ ‘ਤੇ 3.5 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਲੈ ਲਏ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਡੀ.ਡੀ. ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਫਰਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੈਸੇ ਟਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ, ਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ 3.5 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਟਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਕੀਤੇ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ। ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਟਭਾਈ ਦੇ ਦੱਸੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ/ਫਰਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਸਨੇ ਸਾਰਾ ਪੈਸਾ ਟਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਫਰਜ਼ੀ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਗਿਰਧਾਰੀ ਲਾਲ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਟਭਾਈ ਨਾਲ ਠੱਗੀ ਮਾਰੀ ਸੀ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਸਰਾਭਾ ਨਗਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਥਾਣੇ ਵਿਚ ਐਫ ਆਈ ਆਰ ਨੰਬਰ 84 ਮਿਤੀ 23.6.23 ਅਧੀਨ ਧਾਰਾ 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 ਅਤੇ 120 ਬੀ ਤਹਿਤ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਟਭਾਈ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ, ਜੀਵਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਸੀ ਧੋਲਾ ਗਿੱਦੜਬਾਹਾ, ਦਲੀਪ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਾਠੀ ਵਾਸੀ ਕਾਨਪੁਰ ਰੋਡ ਲਖਨਊ, ਸੰਜੇ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਵਾਸੀ ਫਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ, ਸਈਦ ਪਰਵੇਜ਼ ਰਹਿਮਾਈ ਵਾਸੀ ਲਖਨਊ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਮਵੀਰ ਵਾਸੀ ਧੋਖਾ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਗਿੱਦੜਬਾਹਾ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਸਿੰਘ, ਧਰਮਵੀਰ ਤੇ ਦਲੀਪ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
