ਦਿੱਲੀ ਨਾਲ ਯਾਰੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਕਦੇ ਪੰਥ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ – ਗਿਆਨੀ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ
ਡੈਸਕ- ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਾਂਸਦ ਰਾਘਵ ਚੱਢਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਲਏ ਬਗੈਰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਯਾਰੀ ਹੈ । ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਦੇ ਪੰਥ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿਆਸਤਦਾਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਉਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧਾ ਦਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਦੇ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਆ। ਨਿੱਜੀ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਖਦੇ । ਅੱਜ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਨੇ ਖੁਸ਼ ਮਿਜਾਜ਼ ਅੰਦਾਜ ਚ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਰਘਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਹੋਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਦਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰਣਗੇ ।
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਕਾਨਫੰਰਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਾਹਬ ਨੂੰ ਸਵਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ‘ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਦਬਾਅ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਸਵਾਲ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ‘ਚ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਇੱਕ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਇੰਟਰਵੀਊ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਂ ਇੱਕ ਚੈਨਲ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਟਰਵੀਊ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੇਰੇ ‘ਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਦਬਾਅ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਉਦੋਂ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਘਰ ਚੱਲ ਜਾਵਾਗਾਂ।”
ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਾਹਬ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ “ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਹੀ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਆਸਟਰੇਲੀਆ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਤਖ਼ਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੇਵਾਮੁਕਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਮਦਮਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖੀ। ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਵੀ ਇਹੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕਾ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਮਿਲੇ।”
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਗੂ ਵਿਰਸਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਲਟੋਹਾ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਲਟੋਹਾ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਅਕਾਊਂਟ ‘ਤੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਬਣਨ ਲਈ ਕਥਾਵਾਚਕ, ਗ੍ਰੰਥੀ ਜਾਂ ਵਿਦਵਾਨ ਹੋਣਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਹਿੰਮਤ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਵਿਰਸਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਲਟੋਹਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ‘ਤੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਟਿੱਪਣੀ ‘ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਵਿਰਸਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਲਟੋਹਾ ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਦਲੇਰ (ਹਿੰਮਤ ਵਾਲੇ) ਹਨ।
ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਰਘਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਸੰਭਾਲਣ ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਬਣਾਏ ਜਾਣ ‘ਤੇ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਸਾਢੇ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲ ਇਸ ਗੱਦੀ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਗੁਰੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਮੌਕਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
