ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਰਚੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਗੋਗਾਮੇੜੀ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਦੀ ਸਾਜਿਸ਼, ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਇਨਪੁੱਟ
ਡੈਸਕ- ਬਦਨਾਮ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਵਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਲਈ ਸੁਖਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੋਗਾਮੇੜੀ ਦਾ ਕਤਲ ਕੋਈ ਆਸਾਨ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦੀ ਜੇਲ ‘ਚ ਰਹਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਲਾਰੇਂਸ ਨੇ ਕਰੀਬ 18 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਸੰਪਤ ਨਹਿਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸੌਂਪੀ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਸੰਪਤ ਨਹਿਰਾ ਖੁਦ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦ ਸੀ। ਸੰਪਤ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਲਾਰੇਂਸ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਹਿਸਾਸ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਲਮਾਨ ਖਾਨ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ‘ਚ ਅਸਫਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ‘ਚ ਇਸ ਸੁਪਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਲੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਸੰਪਤ ਨਹਿਰਾ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਉਨ੍ਹੀਂ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ‘ਚ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਗੋਦਾਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਗੋਦਾਰਾ ਨੇ 18 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਸ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੂਲ ਕਰਨੀ ਸੈਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਖ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰਾਜਪੂਤ ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਖਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੋਗਾਮੇੜੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਧ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਫਿਲਮ ਪਦਮਾਵਤ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਸੰਜੇ ਲੀਲਾ ਭੰਸਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਥੱਪੜ ਮਾਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਖ ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਵਧੀ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਵਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਦਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ। ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਦੇ 2 ਵੱਡੇ ਟਾਰਗੇਟ ਸਨ। ਪਹਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਸਲਮਾਨ ਖਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜਾ ਗੋਗਾਮੇਡੀ ਦਾ ਨਿਪਟਾਰਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੀ।
ਲਾਰੇਂਸ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਭਰੋਸੇਮੰਦ ਸ਼ਾਰਪ ਸ਼ੂਟਰ ਸੰਪਤ ਨਹਿਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਤੱਕ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ, ਸੰਪਤ ਸਲਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਰਕਾਰ 2019 ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈਦਰਾਬਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਐਸਟੀਐਫ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਫੜਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ‘ਚ ਇਹ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਰੋਕ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਕਰੀਬ 18 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦੀ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਲਾਰੇਂਸ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਸੰਪਤ ਨੂੰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਵਿਅੰਗਮਈ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਸਲਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਾਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਗੋਗਾਮੇਡੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦਿਓ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੰਪਤ ਨੇ ਜਲਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਗੋਦਾਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਗੋਗਾਮੇੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸੌਂਪ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਸੰਪਤ ਨਹਿਰਾ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਲਈ ਏਕੇ 47 ਦਾ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਮ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਭਣਕ ਲਗ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦੀ ਏ.ਟੀ.ਐਸ. ਨੂੰ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਇਨਪੁਟ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਏਟੀਐਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਨਪੁਟ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਸ ਸਾਲ 14 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਏਡੀਜੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਚੁੱਪ ਰਹੀ। ਕਰੀਬ 18 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਗੋਦਾਰਾ ਦੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੋਦਾਰਾ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਥੀ ਵੀ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
