ਜਲੰਧਰ : ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਲਾਈਵ ਟੈਲੀਕਾਸਟ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਚੈਨਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਣ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਮਿਲਣ ਦਾ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਹੁਣ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਤਿੱਖਾ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਖ਼ਲਅੰਦਾਜ਼ੀ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਚਿਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ੰਟੀ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆੜੇ ਹੱਥੀਂ ਲਿਆ। ਸ਼ੰਟੀ ਨੇ ਜਵਾਬੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਬੀਬੀ ਜਗੀਰ ਕੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬੀਬੀ ਜਗੀਰ ਕੌਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਸਲਾਹ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਣ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਉਹ ਭੁੱਲ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਐੱਸ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ. ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਸੀ ਉਦੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਇੱਕ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਚੈਨਲ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਣ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ੰਟੀ ਨੇ ਬੀਬੀ ਜਗੀਰ ਕੌਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਕਈ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਵੀ ਦਿਖਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਣ ਲਈ ਜੋ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਸਾਫ਼ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮਿਲਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਦਾ 10 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਮੁਨਾਫ਼ਾ ਐੱਸ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ. . ਤੱਕ ਵੀ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਕਹਿਣ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਜਾਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਣ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਖੁਰਾਣਾ, ਸੁਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੱਬਰ, ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਖੰਨਾ, ਇੰਦਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਛੜ, ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੈਰੋਂ ਆਦਿ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
