ਜਲੰਧਰ: ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਰੋਡ ਰੇਜ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਕੱਟ ਕੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਜ਼ੈੱਡ+ ਤੋਂ ਘਟਾ ਕੇ ਵਾਈ+ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਦਾ ਰੁਖ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਅੱਜ ਹੋਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ 28 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਮੰਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਆਪਣੀ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ‘ਚ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਰੇ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਆਪਣੀ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ‘ਚ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਨੋਂ ਮਾਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਜੇਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਿਕਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇਆਮ ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ‘ਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਘਟਾ ਕੇ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦਾ ਕਤਲ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
25 ਕਮਾਂਡੋਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 13 ਬਚੇ ਹਨ
ਰੋਡ ਰੇਜ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਜੇਲ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਕੋਲ 25 ਕਮਾਂਡੋਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਾਫਲਾ ਸੀ। ਇੰਨਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ‘ਚੋਂ ਇਕ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੀ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਜਦੋਂ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਏ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ 25 ਤੋਂ ਘਟਾ ਕੇ 13 ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ।
ਘਰ ਦੀ ਛੱਤ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੇਖਿਆ
ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨ ਬਾਅਦ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਸਥਿਤ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਦੀ ਛੱਤ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਲ ਪਹਿਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਅਣਪਛਾਤੇ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੇ ਨੌਕਰ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਅਣਪਛਾਤੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਰਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ‘ਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਘੱਟ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਰੋਡ ਰੇਜ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ‘ਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਏ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਘਟਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹੀ ਉਸਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ Z+ ਤੋਂ ਘਟਾ ਕੇ Y+ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਗੁੱਸਾ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਹੈ।
