ਡੈਸਕ- 6 ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਕਾ ਨੀਲਾ ਤਾਰਾ ਦੀ ਬਰਸੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਪੂਰੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਅਰਧ ਸੈਨਿਕ ਬਲ ਵੀ ਮੋਰਚੇ ‘ਤੇ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਹਨ। ਸਪੈਸ਼ਲ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਜਨਰਲ ਆਫ਼ ਪੁਲਿਸ (ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ) ਅਰਪਿਤ ਸ਼ੁਕਲਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਹੰਗਾਮੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਗਸ਼ਤ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ’ਤੇ ਵੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਰੱਖੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਫੈਲਾਈਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਅਫਵਾਹਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਯਕੀਨ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦਾ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰਨ। ਸਪੈਸ਼ਲ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਜਨਰਲ ਆਫ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਹੰਗਾਮੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੌਨਿਹਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਬੈਠਕ ‘ਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਪਹਿਲੂ ‘ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੀਆਂ 68 ਸੰਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਥਾਵਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਨਾਕਾਬੰਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਸਰਵੇਖਣ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਭੀੜ-ਭੜੱਕੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਗਸ਼ਤ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਈਬਰ ਕ੍ਰਾਈਮ ਸੈੱਲ ਅਤੇ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਕੁਝ ਸਮੂਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਰੱਖ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਦੇ 3000 ਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਹਥਿਆਰਬੰਦ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਬਲਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਾਰ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਬਲ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਅਰਧ ਸੈਨਿਕ ਬਲਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ 11 ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
6 ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਮਨ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਜ਼ੁਕ ਪੁਆਇੰਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਘੇਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕੱਟੜਪੰਥੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਦਲ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ 6 ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਬੰਦ ਦੇ ਸੱਦੇ ਬਾਬਤ ਸ਼ੁਕਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਦੁਕਾਨਦਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਦੁਕਾਨਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ।
