ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਪਤਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਧੋਖਾਧੜੀ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਹੋਏ 42 ਪਤੀ, ਆਪਣੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਚੇਅਰਪਰਸਨ, ਮਨੀਸ਼ਾ ਗੁਲਾਟੀ ਕੋਲ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ। ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਤੀ ਸਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਪਤਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਸੈੱਟ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਸੀ। ਲਗਭਗ ਛੇ ਘੰਟੇ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ 4 ਜਾਂ 5 ਹੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਪਰਸਨ ਕੋਲ ਰੱਖ ਸਕੇ . ਇਸ ‘ਤੇ ਚੇਅਰਪਰਸਨ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਧੋਖਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਭੱਜ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨਿਕਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਕੋਠੇ ਗੋਵਿੰਦਪੁਰਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਸਨ, ਜਿਥੇ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਚੇਅਰਪਰਸਨ ਮਨੀਸ਼ਾ ਗੁਲਾਟੀ ਲਵਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸਨੇ ਪਤਨੀ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਕੌਰ ਤੋਂ ਤੰਗ ਆ ਕੇ ਆਤਮ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਗਈ ਸੀ। . ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਸੁਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸਨੇ 20 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਖਰਚ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਜੈਸਮੀਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਨੇਡਾ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਨੰਬਰ ਬਦਲ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਟੁੱਟ ਗਿਆ।
ਸੁਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਹਾਲੇ ਤੱਕ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਈ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਧੂਰੀ,ਦੇ ਅਮਨਦੀਪ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਤਰਨਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਕਨੇਡਾ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਫਰਮ ਪੇਪਰ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਾਪਸ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਨੰਬਰ ਬਦਲਿਆ. ਅਮਨਦੀਪ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ 2 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਭਟਕ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਨੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ 23 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਠੱਗੀ ਮਾਰੀ ਹੈ।
ਤਪਾ ਦੇ ਗਹਿਲ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਸ਼ਰਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੈਟਲ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਲਈ 33 ਲੱਖ ਦੀ ਠੱਗੀ ਮਾਰੀ। ਉਸਨੇ ਕਰੀਬ 8 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ। ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਗਗਨਦੀਪ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਰਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਨੂੰ 17 ਲੱਖ ਖਰਚ ਕੇ ਆਸਟਰੇਲੀਆ ਭੇਜਿਆ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਉਥੇ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਭੁੱਲ ਗਈ। ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਬੰਦ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ‘ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।
