ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਸਰਵੇਖਣ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਗਾਹਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 89 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਨੂੰ ਫੋਨ ‘ਤੇ ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਕਾਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਡਿਸਕਨੈਕਟ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ 89 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ‘ਚੋਂ 38 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਨੂੰ 20 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਕਾਲਾਂ ‘ਚ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਕਾਲਾਂ ਡਿਸਕਨੈਕਟ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਕੁਨੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਟੁੱਟ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
