IND vs PAK: ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ ਟਰਾਫੀ ਲਈ ਸਾਫ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ 2008 ਤੋਂ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਇਹ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਰਵੱਈਆ ਅਪਣਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। 2008 ਦੇ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੌਰੇ ‘ਤੇ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ 2008 ‘ਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਮੈਦਾਨ ‘ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। 2009 ‘ਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਲੰਕਾ ਦੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਟੀਮ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਦੌਰੇ ‘ਤੇ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਟੀਮ ‘ਤੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਜਾਨਲੇਵਾ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਹਥਿਆਰਬੰਦ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਬੱਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ‘ਤੇ ਅੰਨ੍ਹੇਵਾਹ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਬੀਸੀਸੀਆਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਟੀਮ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ।
1. ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ
ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ 75 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ‘ਤੇ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੰਘਿਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਹਿਦ ਅਫਰੀਦੀ ਨੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਭੜਕਾਊ ਬਿਆਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਸ਼ਾਹਿਦ ਅਫਰੀਦੀ ਸਮੇਂ-ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸ਼ਾਹਿਦ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਟੀਵੀ ਚੈਨਲ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਧਰਮ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਾਹਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
2. ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ
ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਜਾਵੇਦ ਮਿਆਂਦਾਦ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਅਪਮਾਨਜਨਕ ਟਿੱਪਣੀਆਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਰਾਮ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਕਾਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਭਰੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਵੱਡਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਵਾਂਟੇਡ ਅਪਰਾਧੀ ਡੌਨ ਦਾਊਦ ਇਬਰਾਹਿਮ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਹਨ। ਜਾਵੇਦ ਮਿਆਂਦਾਦ ਦੇ ਬੇਟੇ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਦਾਊਦ ਦੀ ਬੇਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਇਮਰਾਨ ਖਾਨ ਵੀ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਸਮਰਥਕ ਸਨ। ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ‘ਤੇ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਦੀ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੀ ਹਮਾਇਤ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਰਹੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਨ, ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀਆਰਪੀਐਫ ਦੀ ਟੁਕੜੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 40 ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੈਨਿਕ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ।
3. ਕੱਟੜਤਾ
ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਜੇਤੂ ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਇਮਰਾਨ ਖ਼ਾਨ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਮੈਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਖੇਡਦਾ ਸਗੋਂ ਇਹ ਉਸ ਲਈ ਜਿਹਾਦ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਾਹਿਦ ਅਫਰੀਦੀ, ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਰਿਜ਼ਵਾਨ, ਵਕਾਰ ਯੂਨਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੋਏਬ ਅਖਤਰ ਵਰਗੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਬਿਆਨ ਵੀ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
4. ਭਾਰਤੀ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਹਮਲੇ

1997 ‘ਚ ਪੂਰੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ‘ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ
2004 ‘ਚ ਸਚਿਨ, ਅਗਰਕਰ ਅਤੇ ਇਰਫਾਨ ਪਠਾਨ ‘ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਇਰਫਾਨ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਟਵੀਟ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।
5. ਪੀਸੀਬੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੈ
ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਬੋਰਡ ਨੇ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਭੜਕਾਊ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ‘ਤੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਪੋਸਟਰ ਦਿਖਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। 2021 ਟੀ-20 ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ‘ਚ ਭਾਰਤ ‘ਤੇ ਜਿੱਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੀਸੀਬੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸਲਾਮ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ‘ਤੇ ਜਿੱਤ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
