ਡੈਸਕ- ਵਨਡੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ 2023 ਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸੈਮੀਫਾਈਨਲ ਮੈਚ ਅੱਜ ਯਾਨੀ 15 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਇਹ ਮੈਚ ਟੇਬਲ ਟਾਪਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ 2019 ਦੀ ਰਨਰ -ਅਪ ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਖੇਡਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ । ਵਾਨਖੇੜੇ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਚ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 2:00 ਵਜੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਮੈਚ ਲਈ ਟਾਸ 1:30 ਵਜੇ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਟੀਮ ਇੰਡੀਆ 8ਵੀਂ ਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਨਾਲ 9ਵੀਂ ਵਾਰ ਵਨਡੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਦਾ ਸੈਮੀਫਾਈਨਲ ਖੇਡੇਗੀ। ਦੋਵੇਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਟੂਰਨਾਮੈਂਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਦੂਜੀ ਵਾਰ ਸੈਮੀਫਾਈਨਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਹਮੋ-ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹੋਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਮਾਨਚੈਸਟਰ 2019 ਤੋਂ ਮੁੰਬਈ 2023 ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲ ਬਾਅਦ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਵਨਡੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਦੇ ਸੈਮੀਫਾਈਨਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਹਮੋ-ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ । ਅੱਜ ਜਦੋਂ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਤਰਨਗੀਆਂ ਤਾਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ 10 ਜੁਲਾਈ, 2019 ਦੀ ਤਾਰੀਖ ਯਾਦ ਆਵੇਗੀ । ਉਦੋਂ ਟੀਮ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਇਸੇ ਟੀਮ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ 2019 ਦੇ ਸੈਮੀਫਾਈਨਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਰ ਕੇ ਟੂਰਨਾਮੈਂਟ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ । 2019 ਵਿੱਚ ਟੀਮ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਦਾ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਦਾਅਵੇਦਾਰ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਸੈਮੀਫਾਈਨਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਖਿਲਾਫ 18 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਰੀਬੀ ਹਾਰ ਕਾਰਨ ਟੀਮ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ ।
ਦੋ ਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨ ਟੀਮ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦਾ ਇਸ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਦੇ ਲੀਗ ਪੜਾਅ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਹਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਬਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਭਾਰਤ ਲੀਗ ਸਟੇਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰੇ 9 ਮੈਚ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਟੇਬਲ ਟਾਪਰ ਰਿਹਾ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਦੀ ਰਨਰ-ਅਪ ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਦਾ ਇਸ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਆਗਾਜ਼ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਨੂੰ ਟੂਰਨਾਮੈਂਟ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ 9 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼, ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਨੀਦਰਲੈਂਡ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਹਰਾਇਆ। ਕੀਵੀ ਟੀਮ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ 4 ਜਿੱਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਅੰਕ ਸੂਚੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਖਰ ’ਤੇ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ 4 ਹਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ। ਟੀਮ ਨੇ 9 ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 5 ਮੈਚ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਪੁਆਇੰਟ ਟੇਬਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੌਥੇ ਨੰਬਰ ‘ਤੇ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਨਾਕਆਊਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਬਣਾਈ।
ਵਨਡੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਦਾ ਪਲੜਾ ਭਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਟੂਰਨਾਮੈਂਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ 10 ਮੈਚ ਹੋਏ । ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਨੇ 5 ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ 4 ਮੈਚ ਜਿੱਤੇ। ਇੱਕ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ 2019 ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਕਾਰਨ ਬੇਨਤੀਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ । ਦੋਵੇਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਆਖਰੀ ਵਾਰ ਇਸ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਦੇ 21ਵੇਂ ਲੀਗ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਹਮੋ-ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਸਨ । ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਮੈਚ ਧਰਮਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੇਡਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ । ਇਸ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ 4 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਿੱਤ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ । ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਕੁੱਲ 117 ਵਨਡੇ ਖੇਡੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ 59 ਮੈਚ ਜਿੱਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਨੇ 50 ਮੈਚ ਜਿੱ ਤੇ। 7 ਮੈਚ ਬੇਨਤੀਜਾ ਰਹੇ, ਜਦਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਮੈਚ ਟਾਈ ਵੀ ਰਿਹਾ।
ਜੇਕਰ ਇੱਥੇ ਪਿੱਚ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਵਾਨਖੇੜੇ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮ ਦੀ ਪਿੱਚ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਲਈ ਅਨੁਕੂਲ ਹੈ। ਇੱਥੇ ਚੰਗੀ ਉਛਾਲ ਕਾਰਨ ਗੇਂਦ ਸਹੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਬੱਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੂਰਨਾਮੈਂਟ ਦਾ ਪੰਜਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਰੀ ਮੈਚ ਖੇਡਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਾਸ ਥੋੜੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇੱਥੇ ਇਸ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਦੇ 4 ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 3 ਮੈਚ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਜਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ । ਵਾਨਖੇੜੇ ਨੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਕੁੱਲ 27 ਵਨਡੇ ਮੈਚਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੇਜ਼ਬਾਨੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਪਾਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਨੇ 14 ਮੈਚ ਜਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੀ ਪਾਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਨੇ 13 ਮੈਚ ਜਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।
