ਡੈਸਕ- ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਿੱਝਰ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ‘ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਸਖਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। 6 ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਡਿਪਲੋਮੈਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਢ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਹਾਈ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸਟੀਵਰਟ ਰੌਸ ਵ੍ਹੀਲਰ, ਡਿਪਟੀ ਹਾਈ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਪੈਟਰਿਕ ਹੇਬਰਟ, ਸਕੱਤਰ ਮੈਰੀ ਕੈਥਰੀਨ ਜੋਲੀ, ਸਕੱਤਰ ਲੈਨ ਰੌਸ ਡੇਵਿਡ ਟ੍ਰਾਈਟਸ, ਸਕੱਤਰ ਐਡਮ ਜੇਮਸ ਚੁਇਪਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਪਾਉਲਾ ਓਰਜੁਏਲਾ ਨੂੰ 19 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਰਾਤ 11:59 ਵਜੇ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਛੱਡਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਨੇ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਹੇਠ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਹਾਈ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਡਿਪਲੋਮੈਟਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਬੇਬੁਨਿਆਦ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਏ ਸਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਲਈ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਡਿਪਲੋਮੈਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਬੁਲਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ
ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ 6 ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਡਿਪਲੋਮੈਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਛੱਡਣ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਰਾਜਦੂਤ ਸਟੀਵਰਟ ਵ੍ਹੀਲਰ ਨੂੰ ਤਲਬ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਲਹਿਜੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਬੁਨਿਆਦ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਹਾਈ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਡਿਪਲੋਮੈਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਇਆ। ਭਾਰਤ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ।
ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ
ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਹਿਰ ਰੋਬਿੰਦਰ ਸਚਦੇਵ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਪੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਠੰਢੇ ਬਸਤੇ ਵਿਚ ਹਨ। ਉੱਥੇ ਡਿਪਲੋਮੈਟ ਰੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਮਤਲਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਡੇ ਡਿਪਲੋਮੈਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਖਤਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਕਾਰਨ
ਸਚਦੇਵ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਨੇ ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਿਰਿਆ ਕੀਤੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਕਾਰਨ ਹਨ। ਪਹਿਲਾ- ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਰੂਡੋ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਵੋਟ ਬੈਂਕ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਟਰੂਡੋ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮੂਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਮਰਥਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਦੂਜਾ- ਉਹ ਚੀਨੀ ਸ਼ਤਰੰਜ ਦੀ ਖੇਡ ਖੇਡ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਿਚ ਚੀਨ ਦੀ ਦਖਲਅੰਦਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਹ ਬਦਨਾਮ ਹੈ।
