ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੰਨੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਜੀ ਬਾਸਮਤੀ ਮੂਵਮੈਂਟ ਪੋਰਟਲ emandikaran-pb.in ਨੂੰ ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਦੂਜੇ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਝੋਨੇ-ਪਰਮਲ ਦੀ ਆਮਦ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੂਬੇ ਭਰ ਵਿਚ ਘੱਟੋ ਘੱਟ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਮੁੱਲ `ਤੇ ਖਰੀਦ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਢਾਹ ਲੱਘ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਕਦਮ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਬਾਸਮਤੀ ਦੀ ਨਿਰਵਿਘਨ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਦੇਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਸਮਤੀ ਸ਼ੈਲਰ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਦਰਪੇਸ਼ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਇਸ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਦਾ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਅਸਲ ਟਰੱਕ ਅਪਰੇਟਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਾਜ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕੀਤਿਆਂ ਬਾਸਮਤੀ ਟਰੱਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਜੀ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਨਿਗਾਰਨੀ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਪੋਰਟਲ ‘ਤੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਬਾਸਮਤੀ ਟਰੱਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਜੀ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ ਵੇਖੀ ਜਾ ਸਕੇਗੀ। ਰੂਟ ਤੋਂ ਪਰ੍ਹੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਰੀਅਲ ਟਾਈਮ ਮੋਨੀਟਰਿੰਗ ਅਸਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੋਰਟਲ/ਐਪ ‘ਤੇ ਇਹ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਲੱਖਣ ਲਾਗਇਨ ਆਈਡੀ/ਪਾਸਵਰਡ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਦੇਖੀ ਜਾ ਸਕੇਗੀ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਇਸ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਲੌਗਇਨ ਆਈਡੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਿੱਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ/ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਣਗੇ।
ਸੂਬੇ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੈਲਰ ਅਤੇ ਆੜ੍ਹਤੀਆ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਇਕ ਖੇਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੂਬਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਸ਼ੈਲਰ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆੜ੍ਹਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਅਹਿਮ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਖੇਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਨੇੜਿਓਂ ਜੁੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
ਸ਼ੈਲਰ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆੜ੍ਹਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੂਰਨ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਪਜ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਮੀ ਦੀ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਸੀਮਾ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਮਾਪਦੰਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਖਰੀਦ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲੇਬਰ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸ਼ੈਲਰ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਲੋੜੀ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕੀਮਤ ‘ਤੇ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਮੰਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਮੇਰੇ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਕਾਏ ਸਟਾਕ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਸ਼ਾਝੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਦੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੋਲਰ ਊਰਜਾ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਹੋਰ ਮੰਗਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
