ਜਲੰਧਰ : ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ‘ਘਰ-ਘਰ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਰੋਬਾਰ’ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਤਹਿਤ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਠੋਸ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਸਦਕਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਲੜਕੇ ਤੇ ਲੜਕੀ ਦੀ ਆਈ.ਟੀ. ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਮਾਈਕਰੋਸੌਫਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉੱਚ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਪੈਕੇਜਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਚੋਣ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਵਰਚੁਅਲ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦਿਸ਼ਿਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਯਾਨ ਚਾਵਲਾ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਬਾਰਕਬਾਦ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਡਾ. ਸੰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੌਰਾ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਨਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਬਿਊਰੋ (ਡੀ.ਬੀ.ਈ.ਈ.) ਦੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਫ਼ਲਤਾ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ, ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ, ਦੋਸਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਿਰ ਮਾਣ ਨਾਲ ਉੱਚਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਡੀ.ਬੀ.ਈ.ਈ. ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਦੇ ਪਾਤਰ ਹਨ। ਡੀ.ਬੀ.ਈ.ਈ. ਵਿਖੇ ਵਧੀਕ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਕਮ ਸੀਈਓ ਜਸਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਭਰਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੇ ਬਿਹਤਰੀਨ ਮੌਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਰ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਆਵੇਗੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿਚ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਹੋਰ ਕੈਂਪਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰੇਗਾ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਡੀ.ਬੀ.ਈ.ਈ. ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਹੋਰ ਮੌਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਘਰ-ਘਰ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸਫ਼ਲ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਨਵੇਂ ਜੋਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਜਨੂੰਨ ਨਾਲ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ। ਮਾਈਕਰੋਸੌਫਟ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਸੋਨੀਆ ਸਹਿਗਲ ਨੇ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਵਿਚ ਨਵੇਂ ਭਰਤੀ ਹੋਏ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਨ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਾਈਕਰੋਸੌਫਟ ਦੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਕੈਂਪਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਹੋਰ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਦਿਸ਼ਿਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਯਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਭਰਤੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਇਕ ਸੁਪਨੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਕਾਰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੈ । ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਬਓਤਮ ਯਤਨ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਐਨ.ਆਈ.ਟੀ. ਦੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣ ਦਿਸ਼ਿਕਾ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ 42 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸਾਲ ਪੈਕੇਜ ‘ਤੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਜਦਕਿ ਡੀ.ਏ.ਵੀ. ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਅਯਾਨ ਨੂੰ 12 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਪੈਕੇਜ ‘ਤੇ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਵਧੀਕ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਲਦ ਹੀ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਐਨ.ਆਈ.ਟੀ., ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਇਕ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਕਾਊਂਸਲਿੰਗ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
