ਜਲੰਧਰ ‘ਚ ਗੰਨਾ ਕਿਸਾਨਾ ਦਾ ਪੱਕਾ ਮੋਰਚਾ, ਰੇਲ ਰੋਕਣ ਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਲਟੀਮੇਟਮ
ਡੈਸਕ- ਜਲੰਧਰ-ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਹਾਈਵੇ ‘ਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਧਰਨਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਹਾਈਵੇ ‘ਤੇ ਹੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਰਾਤ ਕੱਟੀ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅੱਜ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਨਾ ਹੋਈ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਧਨੋਵਾਲੀ ਨੇੜੇ ਰੇਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਰੋਕ ਦੇਣਗੇ। ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਧਰਨਾ ਖਤਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਲੰਗਰ ਵੀ ਰਾਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਧਰਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਏ। ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਲੇਨ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਹ ਧਰਨਾ ਧਨੋਵਾਲੀ ਗੇਟ ਨੇੜੇ ਲਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਸੰਯੂਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਦੇ ਸੱਦੇ ‘ਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਗੰਨੇ ਦੇ ਰੇਟ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਲੰਧਰ-ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਾਰਗ ‘ਤੇ ਬੈਠੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਦੇਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਹੜਤਾਲ ਖਤਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ।
ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਲੰਧਰ-ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਾਰਗ ‘ਤੇ ਟੈਂਟ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸਨ। ਧਰਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੂਰੋਂ-ਦੂਰੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਪੁੱਜੀਆਂ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ ਤੇ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ ਠੱਪ ਕਰਕੇ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਤੱਕ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਰਦੀ ਰਹੀ। ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾਮ ਕਾਰਨ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ‘ਚ ਟਰੈਫਿਕ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਬੁਰਾ ਹਾਲ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬੀਕੇਯੂ ਦੋਆਬਾ ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਏ ਨੇ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।
ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਗਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕਣੇ ਪੈਣਗੇ। ਗੰਨਾ ਕਾਸ਼ਤਕਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਭਾਰੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਮਿੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਚੱਲਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਭਾਰੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੰਨੇ ਦੀ ਫਸਲ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਮਿੱਲਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਖੋਲ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਨਾ ਹੀ ਗੰਨੇ ਦੇ ਰੇਟ ਵਧਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਵਧੀਕ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਵਰਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਜਲੰਧਰ-ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ ਤੇ ਧਰਨਾ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇਧਰਨਾਕਾਰੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਨਾ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ।
