ਬਰਨਾਲਾ : ਬੱਤੀ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਐਮਐਸਪੀ ਦੀ ਗਾਰੰਟੀ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਬਣਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਰੇਲਵੇ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ‘ਤੇ ਲਾਇਆ ਧਰਨਾ ਅੱਜ 315ਵੇਂ ਦਿਨ ਵੀ ਪੂਰੇ ਜੋਸ਼ ਤੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਿਹਾ।
ਅੱਜ ਬੁਲਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਸਿਰਫ ਬੀਜੇਪੀ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਨਤਕ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਘਿਰਾਉ ਕਰਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਹੀ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕਾਲੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹੈ।
ਘਿਰਾਉ ਦੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਐਲਾਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਬੀਜੇਪੀ ਨੇਤਾ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਜਨਤਕ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਿੰਸਕ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਉਕਸਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਾਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਘਿਰਾਉ ਸਾਂਤਮਈ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਕੁੱਝ ਥਾਵਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਦੂਸਰੀਆਂ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕਾਲੇ ਝੰਡੇ ਦਿਖਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਘਿਰਾਉ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਖਬਰਾਂ ਵੀ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ, ਸਿਆਸੀ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੋਗਲੇ ਤੇ ਲੋਕ-ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਕਿਰਦਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ, ਆਪਣੇ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਹਾਲਤਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਲਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਅੱਜ ਧਰਨੇ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਉਸ ਵਕਤ ਬਹੁਤ ਭਾਵੁਕ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਕਿਰਨਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਘੋਲ ਨਾਲ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਤੋਂ ਜੁੜੀ ਹੋਈ ਭੈਣ ਪ੍ਰੇਮਪਾਲ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵਹਿਸ਼ੀ ਕਾਰੇ ਦੀ ਵਹਿਸ਼ਤ ਬਹੁਤ ਬਾਰੀਕੀ ਨਾਲ ਸ੍ਰੋਤਿਆਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਸਾਕਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਘੋਲ ਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਬੋਝ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੋਢਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਫਿਰਦੇ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਭੈਣ ਪ੍ਰੇਮਪਾਲ ਕੌਰ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ, ਇਸ ਘੋਲ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਦੀਵੀ ਵਿਛੋੜਾ ਦੇ ਗਏ। ਤੱਦ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਵੀਰਾਗਣਾਂ ਲੋਕ-ਘੋਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਹਰੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ, ਆਪਣੀ ਤੇ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਦੀ,ਨਿਭਾਉਂਦੀ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਧਰਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਬਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਪਲੀ, ਕਰਨੈਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਾਂਧੀ, ਗੋਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿੱਲਵਾਂ, ਬਾਬੂ ਸਿੰਘ ਖੁੱਡੀ ਕਲਾਂ, ਬਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਠੀਕਰੀਵਾਲਾ, ਪ੍ਰੇਮਪਾਲ ਕੌਰ, ਨੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਬੁਲਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਧਰਨਾਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ 12 ਅਗਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਧਰਨੇ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਮਹਿਲ ਕਲਾਂ ਕਿਰਨਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿਚ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੰਯਕੁਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਨੇ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ 15 ਅਗਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਤਿਰੰਗਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਤਿਰੰਗਾ ਯਾਤਰਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਧਰਨਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਡੀ.ਸੀ ਦਫਤਰ ਤੱਕ ਤਿਰੰਗਾ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਅੱਜ ਰਘਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੱਟੂ ਤੇ ਨਰਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ ਨੇ ਇਨਕਲਾਬੀ ਕਵਿਤਾਵਾਂ ਸੁਣਾਈਆਂ।
