ਜਲੰਧਰ : ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦੀ 75ਵੀਂ ਵਰ੍ਹੇਗੰਢ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ‘ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਕੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਮਹਾਂਉਤਸਵ’ ਤਹਿਤ ਨਹਿਰੂ ਯੁਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਭਰ ਵਿਚ 13 ਅਗਸਤ ਤੋਂ 02 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਫਿਟ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਫਰੀਡਮ ਰਨ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿਚ ਲਾਇਲਪੁਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਤੋਂ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਕੈਂਟ ਤੱਕ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਫਿਟ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਫਰੀਡਮ ਰਨ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਜਗਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ, ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ (ਯੂਟੀ) ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਉਜਸਵੀ ਅਲੰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਲਾਇਲਪੁਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਡਾ. ਗੁਰਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਮਰਾ ਨੇ ਹਰੀ ਝੰਡੀ ਵਿਖਾ ਕੇ ਰਵਾਨਾ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਫਿਟ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਫਰੀਡਮ ਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਯੁਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਯੁਵਾ ਕਰਮੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਐਨ.ਐਸ.ਐਸ. ਦੇ 150 ਯੁਵਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਗ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਫਿੱਟ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਜਗਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੰਦਰੁਸਤ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਸਰੀਰਿਕ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦਾ ਅਟੁੱਟ ਅੰਗ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਸਹੁੰ ਵੀ ਚੁਕਾਈ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਓਜਸਵੀ ਅਲੰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੰਦਰੁਸਤ ਤੇ ਰੋਗ ਮੁਕਤ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਯੋਗ, ਖੇਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਕਸਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ‘ਫਿਟਨੈਸ ਕਾ ਡੋਜ਼ ਆਧਾ ਘੰਟਾ ਰੋਜ਼’ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਵਿਚ ਸਾਰੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਟੀ-ਸ਼ਰਟਾਂ ਤਕਸੀਮ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਯੁਵਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਨਿਤਿਆਨੰਦ ਨੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਫਿਟ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਫਰੀਡਮ ਰਨ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਅਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦੇ 75ਵੀਂ ਵਰ੍ਹੇਗੰਢ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿਚ ਫਿੱਟ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੇ ਸੁਨੇਹੇ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਵੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਫਰੀਡਮ ਰਨ ਲਾਇਲਪੁਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਕੇ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਕੈਂਟ ਤੋਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੋਈ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਾਇਲਪੁਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ, ਜਿਥੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਯੁਵਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨਿਤਿਆਨੰਦ ਯਾਦਵ, ਲੇਖਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਰਿਸ਼ਿਵ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਪਿਤਾ ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ, ਸੁਭਾਸ਼ ਚੰਦਰ ਬੋਸ, ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਦੇ ਫੁੱਲ ਭੇਟ ਕੀਤੇ ।
