ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੀ ਤਾਜਪੋਸ਼ੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਸੁਲਝਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਏ, ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਬੁਲਾਰਿਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਨੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਵਿਵਾਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਜਨਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੀ ਇਕ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਨੀਲ ਜਾਖੜ ਦੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ।
ਸੁਨੀਲ ਜਾਖੜ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਤਮਾਸ਼ਬੀਨਾ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਜੰਮ ਕੇ ਭੜਾਸ ਕੱਢੀ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਹੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਭੇਜਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਬਿਆਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਵਾਲ ਉੱਠ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਬਾਰਡਰ ‘ਤੇ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ? ਇਹ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਨੀਲ ਜਾਖੜ ਦੇ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿਚ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਚੱਕਰ ਵਿਚ ਜਾਖੜ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ‘ਤੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦਾ ਘਿਰਾਓ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲ ਗਿਆ ।
ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਅੱਠ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਹੱਦਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਭਰੋ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਅਤੇ ਰੇਲਵੇ ਟਰੈਕ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਮ ਰੱਖਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਗਏ।
ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਇਹ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਸਿੰਘੂ, ਟਿੱਕਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਗਾਜ਼ੀਪੁਰ ਸਰਹੱਦ ‘ਤੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਸੁਨੀਲ ਜਾਖੜ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਤੋਂ ਇੰਜ ਜਾਪਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢ ਕੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ‘ਚ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਦਾ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ। ਹੁਣ ਸਿੱਧੂ-ਕੈਪਟਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜਾਖੜ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਕੀ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਇਹ ਵੇਖਣਯੋਗ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
