ਡੈਸਕ- ਡੇਰਾਮੁਖੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਮ ਰਹੀਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਵਧ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਮ ਰਹੀਮ ‘ਤੇ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਹੁਣ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕੇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਲੋੜ ਪਈ ਤਾਂ ਡੇਰਾ ਮੁਖੀ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਰੀਬ ਚਾਰ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਾਇਰ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ‘ਤੇ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਗਾਈ ਰੋਕ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੇਰਾ ਮੁਖੀ ਨੂੰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਚਾਰ ਹਫ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਵਾਬ ਮੰਗਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
2015 ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਸੀ ਘਟਨਾ
ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਜੂਨ 2015 ਵਿੱਚ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਬੁਰਜ ਜਵਾਹਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਸਰੂਪ ਚੋਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਤੰਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਜਵਾਹਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਰਗਾੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਪਮਾਨਜਨਕ ਪੋਸਟਰ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2015 ਵਿੱਚ ਬਰਗਾੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਹੋਏ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨਕਾਰੀਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਗੋਲੀ ਚਲਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਦੋ ਅੰਦੋਲਨਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਸਰਗਰਮੀ ਹੋਰ ਵਧ ਗਈ।
ਦੱਸਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਸਰੂਪ ਦੀ ਚੋਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਲ 12 ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਨਵੰਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ।
