ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ : ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਤਾਮਿਲਨਾਡੂ, ਆਂਧਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼, ਕਰਨਾਟਕ, ਉੜੀਸਾ, ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਰਲ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸਿੰਗ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਵਟਾਂਦਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਬੈਠਕ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੋਰ ਨਵੇਂ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਦੀ ਤੀਜੀ ਲਹਿਰ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। 4 ਟੀ ‘ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਨੂੰ’ ਟੈਸਟ-ਟਰੈਕ-ਟ੍ਰੀਟ ਐਂਡ ਟੀਕਾਕਰਨ ” ਤੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਕੇਂਦਰਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕੋਵਿਡ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ‘ਤੇ ਤਾਮਿਲਨਾਡੂ, ਆਂਧਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼, ਕਰਨਾਟਕ, ਉੜੀਸਾ, ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ, ਕੇਰਲ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਕ ਬਿੰਦੂ ਤੇ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਥੇ ਕੋਵਿਡ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਤ ਤੀਜੀ ਲਹਿਰ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ, ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ 6 ਰਾਜਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਭਗ 80% ਨਵੇਂ ਕੇਸ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਏ ਹਨ। ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਇਕ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਮੋੜ ‘ਤੇ ਖੜੇ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਥੇ ਤੀਜੀ ਲਹਿਰ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਜ਼ਾਹਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਕੁਝ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਧ ਰਹੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਬਣੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਪਏਗੀ।
ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਾਹਰ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਵਿਚ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਨਵੇਂ ਰੂਪਾਂਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਜੋਖਮ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਡੇਢ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ, ਦੇਸ਼ ਨੇ ਆਪਸੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕਜੁਟ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਸਦਕਾ ਹੀ ਏਨੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਮਹਾਂਮਾਰੀ ਲੜੀ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਇਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੇਂ ਆਈਸੀਯੂ ਬੈੱਡ ਬਣਾਉਣ, ਟੈਸਟਿੰਗ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਫੰਡ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ. ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿਚ, ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ 23,000 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦਾ ਇਕ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਕੋਵਿਡ ਜਵਾਬ ਪੈਕੇਜ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਰਾਜਨਾਥ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
