ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸੁਨੀਲ ਜਾਖੜ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਬਕ ਸਿਖਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮਾੜੀ ਨੀਅਤ ਨਾਲ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਅੱਗੇ ਪਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪ ਆਗੂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਮਾਡਲ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਲੋਕ ਮਾਰੂ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵਿਖਾਏ ਸਬਜਬਾਗ ਦੇ ਢੋਲ ਦੀ ਪੋਲ ਖੋਲੀ ਹੈ।
ਅੱਜ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿਚ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸੁਨੀਲ ਜਾਖੜ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਤਰੇਈ ਮਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਲੂਕ ਬੰਦ ਕਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰੇ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਬੀਤੀ ਰਾਤ ਖਰੀਦ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਤਾਰੀਖ ਅੱਗੇ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਦਨੀਤੀ ਜਾਹਿਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੁਆਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਝੋਨਾ ਵੱਢ ਕੇ ਆਲੂ ਲਗਾਉਣਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਥੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਵਾਢੀ ਵਿਚ ਦੇਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਾਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਿਕਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਦੰਡ ਬਦਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਲਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਡਰਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਖਰੀਦ ਵਿਚ ਦੇਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੰਨੀ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕੋਲ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਉਠਾ ਰਹੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰੇ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਤੇ ਵਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਪਣੀ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਫੇਰੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਹ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਮਾਡਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਢੀਂਗਾ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਮਾਡਲ ਦਾ ਅਸਲ ਪੱਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ।
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਜਾਖੜ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਯੱਕਮੁਸਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਜਲੀ 10.29 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਯੁਨਿਟ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਦ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਛੋਟੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ 5.99 ਰੁਪਏ, ਦਰਮਿਆਨੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ 7.88 ਰੁਪਏ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ 6.98 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਦਰ ਤੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਇਹ ਰੇਟ ਸਾਰੇ ਟੈਕਸਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸਿਰਫ ਝੂਠ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਪ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਲੁੱਟ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਕੇ ਰਿਆਇਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਆਪ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਾਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਲੀ ਭਾਂਤ ਸਮਝ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਆਪ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਾਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ।
