ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸੰਕਟ ਦੇ ਬਹਾਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੁਨੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਕੱਟਣ ਲੱਗੀ
ਰੋਪੜ : ਬਿਜਟੀ ਸੰਕਟ (Power Crisis) ਨਾਲ ਨਜਿੱਠਣ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਦਫਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਘਟਾ ਕੇ ਸਵੇਰੇ 8 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 2 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਥੇ ਹੀ ਦਫਤਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਏਸੀ ਵੀ ਬੰਦ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ।ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਸਖਤੀ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ (PSPCL) ਵਲੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਬਿੱਲ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੀਟਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਨੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਕੱਟਣੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਅਹਿਮ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਲੋਂ ਹੁਣ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਮੰਦਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਬਿੱਲ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੀਟਰ ਕਨੈਕਸ਼ਨ (Electricity Meter Connection) ਕੱਟਣੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ (Energy Department) ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਭਾਰੀ ਰੋਸ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨ ਰੋਪੜ ਵਿਖੇ ਇਕ ਨਾਮਵਰ ਵਿੱਦਿਅਕ ਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਬਿੱਲ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਕਨੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਕੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ । ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸੰਕਟ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਪਟਣ ਲਈ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਗੁਰੂਘਰਾਂ, ਮੰਦਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਬਿੱਲ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਰੋਸ ਵਧ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਮੀਡੀਆ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਰੋਪੜ ਵਾਸੀ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ, ਗੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਗੁਰਧਿਆਨ ਸਿੰਘ, ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਲੋਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਘਟਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ, ਸਾਬਕਾ ਉਪ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਹੁਣ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸੰਕਟ ਦਾ ਬਹਾਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਕਨੈਕਸ਼ਨ (Power Connection) ਕੱਟੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਸਵਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਗੁਰੂਘਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਕਨੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਕੱਟਣੇ ਗੁਰੂਘਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੇਕਰ ਸੱਚ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸੰਕਟ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਕਲਣ ਲਈ ਠੋਸ ਉਪਰਾਲੇ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ।
