ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ : ਪੱਛਮੀ ਬੰਗਾਲ ਵਿਚ ਮਮਤਾ ਬੈਨਰਜੀ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਅਹਿਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਰਣਨੀਤੀਕਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਕਿਸ਼ੋਰ ਉਰਫ ਪੀਕੇ ਛੇਤੀ ਹੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੋਨੀਆ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਲਵੇਗੀ। ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੀਕੇ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਏਆਈਸੀਸੀ ਪੈਨਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੋਨੀਆ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਪੀਕੇ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਣੂ ਹਨ। ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜੁਲਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਪੀਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਚਰਚਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸੰਸਦ ਦੇ ਮਾਨਸੂਨ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ -ਨਾਲ ਹੋਰ ਘਟਨਾਕ੍ਰਮ ਵਿਚ ਰੁੱਝੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ।
ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਪੀਕੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਮ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਪਰ ਏਆਈਸੀਸੀ ਪੈਨਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਪੀਕੇ ਨੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਇਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ. ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ, ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਤੱਕ ਹਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਪੀਕੇ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ‘ਤੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿਚ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਕੋਈ ਚਰਚਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਵਿਵਾਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਲਝਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਲ 2024 ਵਿਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪੀਕੇ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿਚ, ਪੀਕੇ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲਈ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਿਚ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਉਹ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵੀ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਆਗਾਮੀ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਜਿੱਤਣਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਨੋਬਲ ਵਧਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ਜੀ -23 ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਪੀਕੇ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਪੱਖ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਇਕ ਜੀ -23 ਆਗੂ ਨੇ ਪੀਕੇ ਦਾ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿਚ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਰਹੇ ਵੀਰੱਪਾ ਮੋਇਲੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਕਿਸ਼ੋਰ ਦੇ ਆਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਬਲਕਿ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਵੀ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ।
