ਸੁਲਤਾਨਪੁਰ ਲੋਧੀ 1 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2021(ਜਸਬੀਰ ਵਾਟਾਂਵਾਲੀ) ਸੂਬਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੁੱਟਾਂ ਖੋਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਾਰਦਾਤਾਂ ਦਿਨ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਦਿਨ ਵਧਦੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਲੁਟੇਰੇ ਇੰਨੇ ਬੇਖੌਫ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਵਾਰਦਾਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਬਾਬੇ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੀ ਨਗਰੀ ਸੁਲਤਾਨਪੁਰ ਲੋਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਖਸ਼ ਰਹੇ… ਬੀਤੇ 6 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੁਲਤਾਨਪੁਰ ਲੋਧੀ ਵਿਚ ਇਹ ਲੁਟੇਰਾ ਗਿਰੋਹ ਚੋਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਲੁੱਟਾਂ-ਖੋਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ 4 ਵਾਰਦਾਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦੇ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਭ ਦੇ ਉਲਟ ਅੰਨ੍ਹੀ ਪੀਹਵੇ ਕੁੱਤਾ ਚੱਟੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਕਹਾਵਤ ਵਾਂਗ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਰੰਗ-ਰਲੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਆਸਤਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਮਸਤ ਹਨ। ਲੁੱਟਾਂ-ਖੋਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਸੁਲਤਾਨਪੁਰ ਲੋਧੀ ਦੇ ਮੁਹੱਲਾ ਪੱਖੀਵਾਲਾ ਵਿਚ ਬੌਬੀ ਬੇਕਰੀ ਦੇ ਬਹਾਰ ਇੱਕ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਪੈਸ਼ਨ ਪਰੋ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਨੰਬਰ ਪੀ ਬੀ 09 ਆਰ 4031 ਹੈ ਚੋਰ ਮਿੰਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਡਾ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ। ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਅਤਿੰਦਰ ਪਾਲ ਬੌਬੀ ਬੇਕਰੀ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਸਮਾਨ ਲੈਣ ਗਿਆ ਏਨੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਚ ਹੀ ਚੋਰ ਕਾਰਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਤੁਰਦਾ ਬਣਿਆ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਗਨੀਮਤ ਇਹ ਰਹੀ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਕੈਮਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਦ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਚੋਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਚੋਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਂ।
ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਵੇਈਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਢੇ ਤੋਂ ਸੰਤ ਸੀਚੇਵਾਲ ਦੇ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰ ਸੰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਪੈਲਟਿਨਾ ਕਾਲਾ ਰੰਗ ਨੰਬਰ ਪੀ ਬੀ 25 ਜੀ 0415 ਚੋਰੀ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।ਇਹ ਵੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਕੈਮਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਦ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਿੰਡ ਸਰਾਏ ਜੱਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਲੁਟੇਰਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਘੇਰ ਲਿਆ। ਲੁਟੇਰੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਜੇਬ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪੈਸੇ, ਮੋਬਾਈਲ, ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਕਾਗਜ਼ਾਤ ਲੁਟੇਰਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਲੁੱਟ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਗਏ।
ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਡਡਵਿੰਡੀ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੋਟਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਤਾਰਾਂ ਚੋਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਟਰਾਂਸਫਾਰਮਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਤੇਲ ਚੋਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਲੁਟੇਰਾ ਅਨਸਰ ਪੁਲਸ ਦੀ ਪਕੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਲੁਟੇਰਾ ਗਿਰੋਹ ਪੁਲਸ ਦੀ ਨੱਕ ਹੇਠ ਦਿਨ ਦਿਹਾਡ਼ੇ ਵਾਰਦਾਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ।

ਇਹਨਾਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਹਲਕਾ ਸੁਲਤਾਨਪੁਰ ਲੋਧੀ ਤੋਂ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬੀਬੀ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਉਪਿੰਦਰਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਆਗੂ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਪੀ. ਏ .ਸੀ .ਇੰਜ ਸਵਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹਰ ਫਰੰਟ ‘ਤੇ ਫੇਲ੍ਹ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਮਾਲ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਕਰਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਢਲਾ ਫਰਜ਼ ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਰਾਜਸੀ ਦਖਲਅੰਦਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਲੁਟੇਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਤ ਪਨਾਹੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲੁਟੇਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਕਰ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਇੰਜ ਸਵਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਚ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਮਾਲ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਰੋਨਾ ਕਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਾਜ਼ ਠੱਪ ਪਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਪਾਸੇ ਮੰਦੇ ਲੱਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਲੁਟੇਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਮਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਮਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਲੁੱਟ ਕੇ ਲਿਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਲੁਟੇਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੜਨ ਚ ਸਰਗਰਮੀ ਦਿਖਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਤੇ ਬਣਿਆ ਰਹੇ।
