ਡੈਸਕ- ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ‘ਚ ਸਕੂਲ ਬੱਸ ਹਾਦਸੇ ‘ਚ ਵੱਡਾ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਸਣੇ 3 ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਬੱਸ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਸੇਹਲੰਗ ਵਾਸੀ ਧਰਮਿੰਦਰ, ਕਨੀਨਾ ਵਾਸੀ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਦੀਪਤੀ ਤੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਸੈਕ੍ਰੇਟਰੀ ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਕੂਲ ਸੰਚਾਲਕ ਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਮੁੰਡਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਦੀਪਤੀ ਛੋਟੇ ਮੁੰਡੇ ਦੀ ਨੂੰਹ ਹੈ।
ਹਾਦਸੇ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਟਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਨਾਰਨੌਲ ਆਰਟੀਏ ਦੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੀਪ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸਸਪੈਂਡ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਨੂੰ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਸਕੂਲ ਖੋਲ੍ਹੇ ਜਾਣ ‘ਤੇ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀ ਤੇਜ਼ ਰਫਤਾਰ ਬੱਸ ਪਲਟ ਗਈ। ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਿਚ 6 ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ 25 ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਕਈਆਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੇਵਾੜੀ ਤੇ ਮਹਿੰਦਰਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਭਰਤੀ ਕਰਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮਹਿੰਦਰਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਕਸਬਾ ਕਨੀਨਾ ਸਥਿਤ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲ ਈਦ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਛੁੱਟੀ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਾ ਸੀ। ਬੱਸ ਚਾਲਕ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਦੇ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਵਿਚ ਧੁੱਤ ਸੀ। ਇਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੱਸ ਨੂੰ 6 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਫਿਟਨੈੱਸ ਪਾਸਿੰਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਾਈ ਸੀ।
ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਿਚ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਸਤਿਅਮ (16), ਯੁਵਰਾਜ 914), ਦੋ ਸਗੇ ਭਰਾ ਯਸ਼ੂ (15) ਤੇ ਅੰਸ਼ੂ (13), ਵੰਸ਼ (14) ਤੇ ਰਿਕੀ (15) ਵਜੋਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ 4 ਬੱਚੇ ਇਕ ਹੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਝਾੜਲੀ ਦੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਨ। ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਰਾਮਬਿਲਾਸ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਦੇ ਭਾਣਜੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਸੰਜੇ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਦਾ ਮੁੰਡਾ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ।
ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਦੀਪਤੀ ਰਾਵ ਲਾਪ੍ਰਵਾਹੀ ਨਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਬਚ ਜਾਂਦੀ। ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਿਚ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਦਿਵਿਆ ਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੜਕੀ ਦੇ ਦਾਦਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਵਿਚ ਧੁੱਤ ਬੱਸ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਨੂੰ ਖੇੜੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿਚ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਸੀ। ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਦੇ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਪਰ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਟਾਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣ ਦਿਓ। ਬੱਚੇ ਕਾਫੀ ਲੇਟ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾ ਦੇਵਾਂਗੇ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਹੋਇਆ।
