ਜਲੰਧਰ – ਗੋਪਾਲ ਨਗਰ ਸਥਿਤ ਨਵੀਂ ਦਾਣਾ ਮੰਡੀ ਨੇੜੇ ਮਿੱਕੀ ਅਗਵਾਕਾਂਡ ’ਚ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਰਹੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਕੌਂਸਲਰ ਸੁਖਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਦਾ ਸੜਕ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਗੋਲ਼ੀਆਂ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਕਤਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਾ। ਲਗਭਗ 6 ਦਿਨ ਬੀਤ ਜਾਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਪੁਲਸ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਸ ਇਸ ਕਤਲ ਕਾਂਡ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਰੰਜਿਸ਼ ਕਾਰਨ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਮੰਨ ਕੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਤਾਰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਜੁੜੇ ਦੱਸੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਪੁਲਸ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਵਿਚ ਵਰਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਭਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕੀ।
ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੇਟ ਪੁਲਸ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੁਰਾਗ ਮਿਲਣ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਾ ਜਲਦ ਖ਼ੁਲਾਸਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਕਾਂਡ ਵਿਚ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਕਾਲ ਡਿਟੇਲ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਸਖ਼ਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਤਲ ਕਾਂਡ ਬਾਰੇ ਅਹਿਮ ਸੁਰਾਗ ਮਿਲੇ ਹਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਪੁਲਸ ਕਤਲ ਕਾਂਡ ਦੀ ਤਾਰ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ ਦੀ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿਚ ਬੰਦ ਕੁਝ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੂਚੀ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਪੁਲਸ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਪ੍ਰੋਡਕਸ਼ਨ ਵਾਰੰਟ ’ਤੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਆ ਕੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਡੀ. ਸੀ. ਪੀ. ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਆਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਲਈ ਲਿਆਉਣ ’ਤੇ ਕਤਲ ਕਾਂਡ ਦਾ ਜਲਦ ਖ਼ੁਲਾਸਾ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੁਝ ਜਾਣਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇੰਟਰਨੈੱਟ ਕਾਲਿੰਗ ਜ਼ਰੀਏ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੋਬਾਇਲ ਨੂੰ ਫੋਰੈਂਸਿਕ ਲੈਬ ਵਿਚ ਜਾਂਚ ਲਈ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਸ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਦੇ ਇੰਟਰਨੈੱਟ ਕਾਲਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਡਿਟੇਲ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਲਈ ਸਾਈਬਰ ਸੈੱਲ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਲੈ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਅਹਿਮ ਨੰਬਰ ਵੀ ਮਿਲੇ ਹਨ। ਪੁਲਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਆਖ਼ਿਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਲਈ ਇੰਟਰਨੈੱਟ ਕਾਲਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ?
ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਸ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਕੁਝ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੁਰਾਗ ਲੱਗੇ ਸਨ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੇਟ ਪੁਲਸ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਊਂਡਅਪ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਵਰਣਨਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦਾ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਕੌਂਸਲਰ ਸੁਖਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਜਿਉਂ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰੋਂ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ’ਤੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਨਵੀਂ ਦਾਣਾ ਮੰਡੀ ਨੇੜੇ ਸਵਿਫਟ ਕਾਰ ਸਵਾਰ ਹੱਤਿਆਰਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ’ਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਵਰ੍ਹਾਅ ਕੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਬੇਰਹਿਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਲਾਬ ਬਰਾੜ ਦੇ ਹਤਿਆਰਿਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਵੀ ਸ਼ੱਕ
ਚੰਡੀਗਡ਼੍ਹ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਗੁਲਾਬ ਬਰਾੜ ਦੇ ਹਤਿਆਰਿਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ੱਕ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਕਤ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਿਤੇ ਨਾ ਕਿਤੇ ਰੋਪੜ ਨਾਲ ਲਿੰਕ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਕ੍ਰਿਮੀਨਲ ਵੀ ਹਨ। ਪੁਲਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਰੇਡ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਹਤਿਆਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੜਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਪੁਲਸ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਝਗੜੇ ਵੀ ਖੰਗਾਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
