ਜਲੰਧਰ ‘ਚ ਟ੍ਰਿਪਲ ਮ.ਰਡਰ, ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਕਾਰਨ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੇ ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾ ਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਭਰਾ ਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕ.ਤਲ
ਡੈਸਕ- ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਦੇ ਥਾਣਾ ਲਾਂਬੜਾ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਟਾਵਰ ਇਨਕਲੇਵ ‘ਚ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਝਗੜੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਕ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਦੀ ਗੋਲੀ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 2-3 ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਪਰ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ। ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ SSP (ਦਿਹਾਤੀ) ਮੁਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ, DSP ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਬਲਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਥਾਣਾ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਰਮਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਮੌਕੇ ’ਤੇ ਪੁੱਜੇ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ‘ਚ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪੋਸਟਮਾਰਟਮ ਲਈ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਕਾਤਲ ਨੇ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਇਸੰਸੀ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਨਾਕਾਬੰਦੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਜਾਂਚ ‘ਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਾਤਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾ ‘ਤੇ ਘਰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਦਬਾਅ ਪਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸੇ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਝਗੜਾ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਕੁਝ ਸਮਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਲਾਂਬੜਾ ਥਾਣੇ ਵੀ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ‘ਤੇ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਜੰਡਿਆਲਾ ਨੇੜੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਜਗਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ (52) ਦੋ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਟਾਵਰ ਇਨਕਲੇਵ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਿਫਟ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਇੱਥੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ 10 ਮਰਲੇ ‘ਚ ਛੋਟਾ ਜਿਹਾ ਘਰ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਜਗਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਾਰਡ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਗਗਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ (32) ਬੈਚਲਰ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਦਿਮਾਗੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਠੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ। ਜਦਕਿ ਛੋਟਾ ਲੜਕਾ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਿਆਹਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਬੱਚੇ ਹਨ।
ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਜਗਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਕੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਮਕਾਨ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਂ ਲਿਖਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਦਬਾਅ ਪਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਮਾਪੇ ਤਿਆਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ। ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਨਕੇ ਘਰ ਗਈ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿਓ-ਪੁੱਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਝਗੜਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਡਬਲ ਬੈਰਲ ਬੰਦੂਕ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਮਾਰੀਆਂ।
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਦੋਂ ਮਾਂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਭਰਾ ਗਗਨਦੀਪ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਆਏ ਤਾਂ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਗੋਲੀ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਚੁੱਪਚਾਪ ਘਰ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਲਾ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਸਕੂਟਰ ‘ਤੇ ਫ਼ਰਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲਣ ‘ਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਘਰ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਪਈਆਂ ਸਨ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਨਾਕਾਬੰਦੀ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
