ਡੈਸਕ- ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ, ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਖੰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਉੱਚੀਆਂ ਚੋਟੀਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹੋਈ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਸਮੇਤ ਮੈਦਾਨੀ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ‘ਚ ਠੰਡ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪਹਾੜਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਨੇੜਤਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਦੀ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਰ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ‘ਚ ਦੋ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਸੀਤ ਲਹਿਰ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜਦੋਂ ਪਹਾੜਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਰਫੀਲੀਆਂ ਹਵਾਵਾਂ ਆਉਣਗੀਆਂ ਤਾਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਠੰਡਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਠੰਡ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਕੋਪ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ (IMD) ਦੇ ਵਿਗਿਆਨੀ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਨਰੇਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਗੜਬੜੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਕਾਰਨ ਪਹਾੜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਰਫ਼ਬਾਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਅਸਰ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਮੇਤ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਆਸਪਾਸ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ 22 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ। ਨਵੀਂ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਗੜਬੜੀ ਜੋ 22 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਹੋਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਕਾਰਨ 23 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮਾਝਾ, ਦੁਆਬਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੂਰਬੀ ਮਾਲਵੇ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਝ ਥਾਵਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਹਲਕੀ ਤੋਂ ਦਰਮਿਆਨੀ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ। ਅਗਲੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਤ ਦੇ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਦੀ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਧੁੰਦ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਰ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ। 20 ਅਤੇ 21 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ 15 ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਘਣੀ ਧੁੰਦ ਪੈਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ, ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ, ਜਲੰਧਰ, ਫ਼ਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ, ਫ਼ਾਜ਼ਿਲਕਾ, ਫ਼ਰੀਦਕੋਟ, ਮੋਗਾ, ਬਠਿੰਡਾ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਬਰਨਾਲਾ, ਮਾਨਸਾ, ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।
ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਦਿਨ ਦੇ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ‘ਚ 0.6 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਦੀ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਸਮਰਾਲਾ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ 23.1 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਰਿਹਾ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਆਮ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ 5.5 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਰਿਹਾ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦਾ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ 5.6 ਡਿਗਰੀ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦਾ 7.1, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦਾ 6.7, ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ ਦਾ 6.6, ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਦਾ 6.0 ਅਤੇ ਮੋਗਾ ਦਾ 6.7 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
